I've heard about this place for a long time but never made it a priority to visit. That has now changed and I will be visiting much more now. The food was excellent, this is my wife's new favorite place for grilled octopus. We also had the roasted cauliflower, which was very tasty and apparently very popular based on all the heads of cauliflower they around the kitchen. My beef rib was fantastic and I loved the accompanying condiments they provide with it. Lettuce to make it a wrap, with cilantro, sea salt and pepper, spicy ponzu sauce, hot habenero sauce and pickled onions. So you can really create your own perfect bite. It is on the expensive side for me, but the food and excellent service, makes up for the cost.

Amazing experience! Wow !! Ribs is just MUST !! I think this is the only place I loved ribs (I usually don’t like ribs). Famous Cauliflower was good but not the best. Drinks were really good and also really good pork! I highly recommend doing reservation before visiting. But definitely my fav place to visit for ribs now! Yum

Atmosphere is nice and unique, there is interesting selection of food of japanese/bbq flavors. Would recommend.

Did the chef's testing and was not disappointed. Flavors and textures were perfectly balanced. Highlights included the Kale, cauliflower and fried chicken but everything was delicious. Looking forward to a return trip.

Made our reservation via OpenTable app. Showed up to the restaurant & they seated us in the worst place possible by the front door which is amazingly disrespectful. I really should asked for a better table or just gone somewhere else. The food…me and wife have eaten in amazing restaurants all over the world and whilst KYU is ok it’s not great either. Crispy rice with tuna for starter was nice but have had better elsewhere, the gyoza the same. Dishes you’ve seen done better elsewhere pretty much.

Absolutely amazing food. The Japanese Sweet Potato was very different. The Korean Chicken is a must try. My favorites were the Roasted Cauliflower and the Wagyu Brisket. Everything was presented simple but beautifully. Our waiter Derek was very informative about items on the menu and how to pair items together. Great food, great service!

The salad and the chicken was good. The food comes as it’s ready so make sure you order to share otherwise you may have friends waiting for their food as you eat.

MAN. Where do I start? First off with the waitstaff. Alec was absolutely amazing. He was attentive and cordial. If we come back and he’s working I don’t care where I sit it will be in his section. On to the food- the wife and I got the chef’s experience, a 9-course greatest hits meal. The roasted cauliflower was super tasty. The Thai fried rice definitely stole the show as well. To finish off the coconut cake was splendid and I’m not the biggest fan of coconut in the first place. We still ate the whole thing. The premium drink pairing is definitely worth the money too. The wines and sakes that came with the meals paired perfectly with every aspect of the meal. Finally the atmosphere was great. Sitting outside is a must when you’re here. The music isn’t too loud but goes well with the style of the restaurant. The restrooms are a tad bit dark but we’re very clean. We don’t come to Miami often but we certainly found a place we will not miss on any future trip. GO EAT HERE.

I came here for my girlfriends birthday dinner and it was phenomenal! She is also gluten free and we did the chef’s experience/menu and they accommodated for that as well. It was unforgettable and don’t wear tight clothes because you will leave stuffed!

This is one of my favorite place for perfect bao buns and Korean fried chicken. Everything on the menu is highly recommended along with a wide variety of drinks. The service is outstanding, server paid attention to our table, made recommendations of we needed it and was always happy and smiling. That's the type of atmosphere you need when you're dining out. If you live in Broward or Palm Beach I assure you, it's worth the drive.
