It's just past midnight, and 2 of the 3 employees inside went on brake outside to smoke while the third stands inside watching something on his phone. You can see strait into the building, and all of them are moving in literal slow motion. I hate to make a big deal over a couple of donuts, but this is quite ridiculous. This location needs better staff. You can't just arbitrarily shut down the whole operation while there's a line wrapped around the building twice. Even worse, after waiting in line for over an hour, the donuts were cold... I'm sorry for complaining, but it's not hard to put donuts in a box. There's really no excuse for this.
Krispy Kreme did awesome for 2022 graduates with a dozen FREE donuts! Very patient and organized. BESTdonuts around!
Long lines if you order online, but if you order there not much time. The girls are not the nicer attendants but.. Amazing place where you can see the donuts preparation. They are great if you try them hot but also some hours after. We had the original, chocolate glazed and raspberry filled. The best are the originals no doubt.
Last time getting Krispy Kreme from this spot. The drive-thru attendant was very rude. I ordered an Oreo Donut and he said “ma’am do you now see the sign? We are out”. Mind you the sign is written in yellow highlighter and I’m about 2-3 ft away sitting in my car. I had to take a photo and zoom in to see what he was talking about. Will not be back
February 2022, Sunday 5~6pm, place was packed, drive thru line you couldn't figure out where it started and where it ended, no parking available anywhere near, a lot of people waiting for pickup (online orders), line for orders was a mess, people cutting the line and customers shouting, few options available, not a good experience. At least when I finally got the donuts, they were fresh.
I normally go to other Krispy Kreme near me, so this one was near an event I recently attended. Everything was fine, ordering donuts/coffee, it was when I tried to use a gift card to pay when a problem occurred. I asked if I could use the gift card, showed the cashier my phone, and she replied "No, I don't think so". She didn't even try, or read what it said on the gift card (it said to show to an employee at payment). I've used it before at Hialeah's Krispy Kreme and received much better service. I paid with another card, and left more annoyed than ever.
I always ask them to four fresh warm doughnuts for the glazed dozen one and they always give me the fresh ones and love mouth melting doughnuts. I ate them asap before they get cold

The greetings are most desirable , the service is impeccable . There products , meaning beverages , coffees and so on are at there best . All of there ? - donuts are amazing and most delicious. There donuts are made on the premises and are the fresh donuts on Earth . Most important they are AMERICAN COMPANY that knows how to do business in the most UPWARD , RIGHTEOUS WAY .
