Overpriced. The servers give you the latte at 70% capacity so they can get free coffee. A $5 dollar coffee. They steal a coffee portion from every customer. The servers were both eating cake and drinking coffee when we got there. What a disappointment. Then, the server asking personal questions. The coffee shop owner is probably unaware of his employees taking advantage of customers and the owner.
The coffee is delicious and the cakes, attention always excellent, on point, very clean place and my son loves the ice cream
Beautiful, quiet part of Brickell. Not just a gelato or ice cream place, they actually serve full breakfast and breakfast sandwiches. The Restaurant is reaaly adorable, we ate in the loft and relaxed with coffee. Awesome spot in Brickell.
They have good flavored Icecream but I had much higher expectations. They lack flavors, their ice creams melts rapidly although it wasn’t even hot outside. The texture is interesting, the cones get broken to easily. The cone was dripping my Icecream and most of it melted! 6/10 It’s just too expensive for a poor experience.
Deceptive and way way overpriced. They don’t display the prices for their gelato. A small cup was $10. When I asked why the huge jump- I used to come here all the time and it was $6-7, they shrugged.
I love this place so much! They play my favorite music. Great place to study. The most delicious icecream. And real food too - chicken wrap nom nom.
The gelato is very very good, I tried cookies and cream and loved it and don’t let me get started on mango which is now my favorite. The girl Eilyn was very nice and recommended some for the future it’s service you can’t replace or get anywhere else.

We're here again!! Drove 20 miles just to come to KONOS Gelato - Brickell! Still the same great place with updates menus. Something new almost everyday. Just tried Jimmy's homemade yogurt and it was the bomb!!!!! We never leave this place disappointed. Always consistent, always good with a friendly service.
Great place, I usually don't write reviews, but this place deserves it! What I like the most are the breakfasts, especially the avocado toast when I want to eat healthy. You need to try!
