Ate by the tables outisde the restaurant as the inside smells like mop. The service was fast and the food was fairly okay.
Food was great. waitress Julia was a delight. made a custom dog outa ketchup. smile was deffinately served. super helpfull with menu, and super sweet. had a great experience. Music was 10 outa 10. would deffinately come back.
Food wasn't good. Made myself and two others incredibly sick. When trying to reach out about it, the situation wasn't taken seriously.

Worst choice ever! Cabbage with mayonnaise, pickles, tomatoes and onions in abundance but coin-sized meat. I paid $ 4.39 for a handful of french fries. In total for a "burger" french fries and 2 beers I paid $ 32.16. The waiter named Melvin robs you with a "smirk" smile on his face!No wonder the place is deserted. Too bad I had a different impression of Johnny Rockets restaurant considering they are on the Royal Caribbean cruise ships. Please take action because what is happening in this restaurant in Miami Dolphins Mall is outrageous.
HERE COMMESS JOHHNNYY! Given that this place is in dolphin mall, full of tourists and teenagers! We went to the movies to watch uncharted, got milkshakes (oreo banana milk shake ?), and burgers after! Was not expecting the burgers to be as good as they were. I never tried their burgers and would recommend them (hot ,fresh, and fast)! Cleanliness is the only knock; it could be cleaner!
Classic 50s diner joint. Enjoyed the burger, chili cheese fries and a large coke (with free refill). Great to take a break and indulge guilty pleasures
Stopped by Johnny Rockets to grab a bite to eat before heading to Zoo Miami for zoo lights. Every time I come to JR I order the same thing, which is tenders with chili and cheese fries. Once again, JR never lets me down. This combination is straight heaven sent, tenders are cooked to perfection and the chili and cheese fries just melt in your mouth. Food and service were both great! I definitely recommend JR!
The best Johnny Rockets in Miami I loved everything about it. From the waiter to the food very well kept everything was cleaned and my favorite were the chili cheese friesss??? Definitely coming back for those!
The food was great and our server Ivana made the experience much better. She was so attentive and timely.
