Their Angus picaña was good not great for the price
Just tried their angus entraña for 17 bucks a pound and it had a lot of FAT which I had to trim so I didn’t really purchase 3 lbs of meat. Compared to Graziano’s the meat isn’t as tender. Graziano’s is priced better, fat is trimmed better so you get more per pound, and the meat is very tender. I moved a little further away so wanted to try this place but I will not be back and would rather drive a little more.
Best meat. Great variety. Even have Wagyu cuts. The Vacio prime and Wagyu Churrasco are amazing.
