I came here before work to grab a cappuccino. Woman was sitting on the counter very unhappy. The other two employees were also very unhappy. Didn't greet anyone. Also they shortened my coffee so I received half of the cup. I don't blame if they were having a bad day but their energy really upset me and will never come here again.
Hey Joe-- Peter is a Special Person!! I love the ambiance and branding in this space and the muffins deserve praise on it's own.Peter was very informative, helpful and knowledgeable about the store. He's provided me with one of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences I've had in awhile. Wish I could post a photo... I ate it up too fast!! Lol! Keep being great team!
Loud music. The music should create a good atmosphere in the background not to make people shout to hear each-others or hard for them to focus while studying or working. I grabbed a latte and I was trying to focus on some work miserably failed. Asked the barista to lower the music a bit but they acted they will lower then it returned to same level. Had to leave !!
They wouldn’t take my order unless I ordered from the app. So I downloaded the app and signed up because you can’t order unless you take the extra time to sign up. I tried ordering an iced coffee but they didn’t have any extremely basic sweetener options for their drinks. Not even plain sugar syrup. Waste of time but at least they had nice AC.
I feel like this place is really under staffed or just lazy. I ordered uber eats a couple times just to get cancelled. Just yesterday I was in the store and they told me its going to be 10-15 minute wait just to order lol.
Excellent products - you can tell quality ingredients are used. Cool vibe…this is a place where you can grab a drink/snack and hangout. The staff seems distracted and not customer focused…otherwise I’d say 5-stars.
Cozy and inviting environment with a clean design. The smoothie I ordered was lackluster, watery, and not well blended together. Most of the seating areas did not have charging spots, making it hostile for people who want to do work there or bring some friends to collaborate with.
Very slow service!! And they don’t care about pleasing customers. I asked the server to replace the apple in the juice with another fruit as medically I cannot eat apple, but she insisted that she can only do cucumber instead of apple.
I enjoyed the service and the atmosphere was really pleasant too. Great place to go get something to drink or snack on.
Terrible cashier… after visiting joe & the juice New york, this is the worst joe & the juice i. Have ever been. Food is cold, the juice i always get is much worse and also the sandwich.
