the second day I order delivery, yesterday there was a burnt toast and the shots were mixed up. today the tuna sandwich was without tuna!!!!thrown away $50
Really? This is the attitude you allow from your employees?? I know it’s hard to find good help but downright insults from you worker is absolutely unacceptable. I have witnessed bad service in the past but this is unacceptable!! She has insulted customers in front of me on previous occasions. No one else has complained? I will never come back here. Horrible!I asked about being overcharged and “Zee” as she called herself asked “then why do you even come here?!”No worries. I’ll never be back. Good luck with your really bad employees.Actually I see all the other 1 star reviews. Makes sense. Good luck. This place will close soon. I’m sure of it.

Avoid this place - dirty smelly and rude staff. Our experience is enough for me to avoid n future.Just once after the server had served everyone who was behind us did we ask what was the issue and he was quite rude. He said don’t remind me what your order is. He kept making drinks and serving people and then when we told him to just cancel if there is a delay. He did not and said we can email customer service Pathetic Would not go again The juices we ordered when we received them were mediocre and the tea was given to us after it kept sitting there for a long time while he tried to help us making the juices Really a bad experience
truly awful expensive experience. coffee here is terrible and tiny for what you pay. milkshake also small and tasteless. sandwich not even proper bread. so many better places in miami to have a coffee or a smoothie..avoid!
Setup is real nice...BUT the wifi doesn't work outside and doesn't work in half of the inside ! Only next to entrance. Customer service was a C- at best. Don't come here if your expecting solid wifi.
Cute and convenient little shop. Drink was nice, similar to a smoothie. Only con was there were flies in the bakery case
