This has got to be the saddest sandwich I've ever seen. There is barely any meat here dry with what is called mayo if I'm spending my money I expect to bite into not only bread crust but meat... had to leave a 1 star rating and that was too many stars
Good place to pop-in, have a quick lunch. Fast service even with lunch time rush. The general manager goes the extra mile for customer service!
My first time at a Jimmy John's. It was just a mediocre sub. The kind of place you eat at purely out of convience.

Placed my order at 11:30 am and had it delivered at 12:25 pm. The restaurant is 5minutes away (walking distance). Please improve your delivery time.

I enjoy coming to this location. I get in and out with an accurate order. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. It's the only spot in Downtown Miami I can depend on to get something quick to eat.

really poor experience with this restaurant. placed a delivery order and after i was charged i got a call from the restaurant saying they're closed and i should see a refund in a few days. well it's been 10 days and nothing back. the order never should have been filled if the place was closed.
I have ordered delivery twice in the past month. Both times my food was delivered within 30 minutes and the delivery person called to confirm my location (different people each time). The quality of my order is exactly what I have received from other locations - fresh food made exactly how I ordered it. I do believe the pricing is a bit high for lunch($18 for an original sub with cheese, soda, chips, and cookie), but that is indicative of rising food prices as of late. Luckily, it's enough food for two meals, at least for me.
