Lately I’ve been having problems with this location. They NEVER answer the phone. Sometimes they put me in hold for more than 10min, pick up the phone and hung up, send my order to another address, and the last time they took 1h to bring my sub… It sucks because jimmy johns is my go to, but these pst experiences make me not want to order and end up going to Publix for a sub instead.. counting that I order JJ at least twice a week.
Eric was amazing & totally customer service friendly! He went out of his way to make sure my needs were met & completely resolved any issues I had. Would recommend this Jimmy John’s over any other one! 10/10
Regularly incorrect orders and slow delivery. Always takes an hour or more to get the order.

This review is for all JJ's. Not this particular location. I put 4 stars but would rate JJ 3.7 stars out of 5.The good:Haven't had all the sandwiches on the menu, but the ones I've had are really good and consistent. Pretty filling too. They make sandwiches exactly how I like. Finely shredded lettuce, all the other veggies and Meats/cheese are sliced super thin, which to me totally makes a sandwich great. Food always taste fresh and it is made super quick. Even when there's a line, your outta there in a few minutes.The bad:They only offer cold cuts, which limits my visits because my wife and my kids don't like cold sandwiches. So I usually eat here myself when I'm at work. I wish they at least had a rapid oven or broiler like Quiznos, subway or firehouse.. which would also give them a much more diverse menu. They also have no sides. Just chips and cookies I think. I wish they offered potato salad, coleslaw and tgibgs of that nature as they pair great with cold cut sandwiches. Even fries (for kids) would be great.Overall it's a really great quick spot but could get better.Side note: This particular location has no parking..
Good spot if you’re in a hurry in Brickell. Freaky fast just like the ads. Healthy options and an Unwich that is a sandwich without bread but wrapped in lettuce. No need to make reservations. Get your order in minutes.
