My wife and I were looking for leads to trying Cuban cuisine while in Miami. This place has great reviews, but please do not be fooled. I ordered an entree that had steak, chicken, shrimp, fried rice, and onions. The only flavor in the bowl was the onions. No seasoning on any of the meats. The only reason I’m giving a one star is because it was $14.99, but was big enough for 3 small servings. My wife had garlic chicken with rice, and it was not very good. We took home as leftovers and ate the next day (because we didn’t want to waste it) and the chicken tasted absolutely awful in both dishes. The men also kept winking at my wife, which she did not welcome. Overall an uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
Customer for over 20 years . Today I placed an order for pick up. It was my brother’s Birthday and I wanted to buy dinner for him. First I couldn’t pay w my credit card , the restaurant does not deliver so I asked my brother to pick up the food, when he received the order it was incomplete . I confirmed over the phone and was asked to go for missing portion (white rice) then to my surprise, he was charged $9.00 for the rice because she made a mistake when placing the original order The level of service has decline and respect for customers is obviously gone. Don't let anyone tell you differently. These ARE the best croquetas in Miami. Even though it is a bit of a drive for us, we make the trip because it is worth it. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Came here for the famous croquettes and boy was I surprised. My husband and I came for breakfast. He ordered the bacalao croquettes and I have never seen such dried out croquettes, not good at all. Then we ordered breakfast let's just say ??My scrambled eggs were burned my potatoes were cold, it literally looked like they just put whatever on my plate and sent it out. It's a shame this happened because I really loved coming here. I don't know if they have changed their cook but I was very disappointed. Didn't even take pictures of the food cause it really wasn't pretty.
The food is delicious, and hospitality was very enjoyable. It's my favorite cuban restaurant of Miami, hands down. I went with my girlfriend on Sunday it I had the lamb, and she had the Carne asada ? definitely will be going back time and time again! Thank you for great food and great service!
Cuban breakfast fare at its best...and service to match. It's been awhile since I sit down and have a traditional Cuban breakfast, and I was not disappointed. Actually looking forward to doing it again soon.
The experience I had at this restaurant was not the best. The wait was almost 40 minutes there was tables empty and still was not getting seated. The walls are dirty, service is horrible. When i received my food there was a piece of hair on my eggs when telling the server she gave me attitude, she didn’t try to see if i need anything.
I see testimonials about Mrs Linda james how people get paid, so I decided to try her and now I can also say that she is the most honest woman I have ever met here. Since I started investing through her in forex and crypto trading, I get my income without any issues weekly... You can also be part of this great opportunity by contacting her and start earning weekly. Email:[email protected] Or WhatsApp: +1 (304) 986-5111
The food is good. The waitress who served my friends was kind of drugged or drunk. She dropped trays, argued with other waiters, and yelled from one end of the restaurant to the other. Very unpleasant. I don't know how the owners allow these behaviors.
It's a really nice place, clean and tidy, above average food quality, customer service is good, Aimara took a good care of us. Background music excellent. Only minus is the fact that the manager were unreasonable strict when we asked to switch eggs for croquetas on my wife's combo, this is so stupid, other than that overall experience was positive.
