Cozy and crowded Airport bar. I just stopped through to grab a quick one before my next flight. Service was quick.

It’s a typical airport restaurant. The food was ok and the service was good considering it was Kobe’s first week or so. The kitchen didn’t get the order correct even tho it was rung up correctly. I do have to compliment a couple of the waitstaff. My daughter had to go sit across the walkway to plug in a computer. Her husband was taking a picture across the way of her. The concerned waitress (not knowing she was with us) wanted to make sure my daughter knew us. She wasn’t going to let some guy take pictures of a young lady by herself in the airport. I was impressed she was paying attention and showed concern. I wish I had her name.

I ordered an island burger (no onions but onions were on it anyway - no big deal, easy to remove). Meat patty was large but entire burger was quite dry. Wouldn’t try the burger again.Also, ‘suggested 18% gratuity’ was automatically added to total. Seriously, just add 18% to your food prices if this is already the case and pay your staff a living wage. :-(

They were a wreck today. It felt like we were a bother just showing up. When we showed at 620a they told us they didn't open until 630, contrary to all their signage which led me to believe they were starting the day behind and in a funk.We ordered breakfast. They did not have pancakes available today. Our eggs were way over cooked, and seemed to have been cooked on a dirty griddle. The potatoes were leftovers from yesterday and only moderately warmed through. No one in our group had a good meal or experience.They didn't have tap water available, only bottled water.This was a real bummer of an experience. The food was poor and the service was equally bad.

Breakfast at MIA airport for an over-priced, underperforming omlet with sub-par ingredients. At least the coffee perked me up from a 3:15am wake time for a 6am flight.When I arrived, there was no host so I sat in one of about ten open tables. After being ignored for maybe 8-10 minutes, I enthusiastically waived over one of the hosts to ask for a menu. He was rude, spoke crudely and took another 5 minutes to bring me a menu. My server was friendly and more than attentive, something that is often lacking in an airport restaurant.Overall, this was a poor value, even for an airport.

This is the best airport food I’ve had. Nothing special outside of the context of airport food — but the service was quick, food came out as ordered, prepared well, and cost was average. I’d recommend sitting at the bar for the best service.

I have been here a couple of times. The food is decent for airport food but the place isn't the cleanest. Both times I went, I received lukewarm fries. The sandwiches and burgers are big though so you will leave feeling full. Drinks are okay so I recommend keeping your drink order simple unless you're just doing beer or wine. It also always feels crowded based on how the furniture is arranged.

My food came out at room temperature and my husband's meal did not come out at all. We never were asked if we wanted our drinks refilled. All of this for an expensive charge of $85..

When we sat down, it took our server more than 10 minutes to get our drink order, and right from that moment it seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Stone cold stare and a monotone voice was red flag number 1. She didn’t greet us except for a single “hello” so we didn’t even know if we could order anything. After waiting another 10 minutes for our food order to get taken, we got our food after about 20 minutes after that. The burger was okay, but the fries were terribly unseasoned and lukewarm at best. The wings were nothing special either. While eating, our server never checked in on us to ask how anything was except at the very end when we were already finished and ready to pay. After reading other reviews, we saw that some people were charged the full included gratuity even after trying to change it. I held on to my receipts to ensure I can dispute this charge so try my bank in case of any funny business. We also tried to use meal vouchers from our missed flight the night before, yet after looking over the final receipt, everything was charged in full. So I went back to the counter to ask if my meal vouchers were used and she not only dug my receipt out of the trash, but also was loud and passive aggressive when telling me that everything was fine. And to top everything off, it was insanely overpriced for the quality of everything. We started and ended with terrible service and were served mediocre at best food for outrageous prices. We won’t be back.

I’m not sure who the server is they don’t wear name tags but we sat at the bar and the short lady with blonde-ish hair was horrible. I have never been treated so badly I would normally talk to a manager but there doesn’t seem to be any one who knows what they are doing around. We only at here because it’s practically in our gate but if I had to choose again I would switch my flight to be able to not have to see her again. We are returning home from our wedding and after waiting about 15 mins which was expected she came over and we said hello he just said hi very angrily so we said hi how are you she said we’re you gonna get something to drink so we told her the drink we wanted and she very angrily left. So we said whatever and came back with the drinks then left again and didn’t say anything. She finally came back and said “did we plan on having some food?” So we told her our order which was just the wings and the burger and she rolled her eyes walked away came back slammed condiments down in from of us along with some plastic forks but gave everyone else silverware. And never came back to check on us or ask us how we were doing and just completely ignored us the rest of the time. When we finally went to pay our receipt was messed up and we asked a question about why the total was significantly higher than it was supposed to when my husband asked she very loudly in front of everyone said “that’s not your total the other one is” which we didn’t know because it just said total so he said okay. She then said “so you were trying to lower the gratuity” which yes we were because the service and food were horrible and after that others were staring at him and she knew it and kept hounding him thankfully he just said yep and walked away. But she needs to be fired
