Wow food is GREAT! Mofongo is just fire must try it. Ask for their specials also they are great as well. They found a regular customer in me.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered \\\"El Navideno\\\" the lechon (pork) was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, brought me back to Lechon Trail where we visited in Puerto Rico. The \\\"aroz con gondules\\\" was only a side, but it was just like me grandmother's. My husband got \\\"aroz con langosta y camarones\\\" rice with lobster and shrimp. The flavors were fantastic and the seafood was tender. Joe, our server was patient with our questions about the menu and incredibly friendly and helpful. This meal turned a rough travel day into a fantastic experience. Do not be intimidated by not knowing Spanish!
I have been going for several years and bring friends and family. I am not Latin nor speak Spanish, but love this food and enjoy how the staff makes recommendations, especially teaching me which foods are common cuisine in Puerto Rica.

Looking for great mofongo locally? - Look no more! This place is AMAZING! It was just like the one we had in Puerto Rico.\\n\\nMy husband has a taste for some good monfongo and we passed by the restaurant and thought we'd give it a try. We were greeted my Mare, who was warm and friendly. She invited us in, gave us some great advice on ordering and made us feel like family. She told us that her family has recently purchased the restaurant from a previous owner. We ordered passion fruit mojito's - which were amazing. (The passion fruit juice tasted so fresh that we actually took some to go.) For starters, ordered Alcapurrias and Bacalaitos -both were delicious, but my heart melts for the Bacalaitos (A MUST! With their house hot sauce and ketchup-mayo). Next we ordered garlic shrimp mofongo. It was super amazing- didn't disappoint, it was flavorful with the perfect amount of garlic and sauce. It really hit the spot. We are so happy we stopped in and we WILL be back! We had the best experience and we will recommend this to friends. Proud to support local family owned business.
