We got seated very quick (that was good), however, all servers passed us by and none of them NEVER checked on us at least to see if someone was already serving us. We were there for more than 30 minutes and none of the servers didn’t even look at our table, people that were seated way later than us were already ordering before us… we had to leave because this was so ridiculous.0/10, I will never go back to this location, this was the rudest thing, everyone there acted like we weren’t there.

Food at this place is never on time you place your order they give you a time verbally and also the time verified through your email end up spending 15 to 20 minutes extra from the expected time that your food is supposed to be ready horrible service to the employees preparing the takeout food
There’s a server. Not gonna say a name. But if you go at 2:00 AM, you know who I’m talking about. That’s the man keeping Ihop alive. Ily juan. Oops I said a name.
The food was good. There was one server on each side of the restaurant. The young lady serving us was a champ. I tipped her well. If you experience this please tip these servers well. They are working extra extra hard.
Horrible service. Waited 1 hr for an online order I paid for. No structure at all. People walking in and walking out. Food came out cold. Manager is not managing he was cooking. So know one new what was going on. I over heard a server in Spanish say I don't want to help that table. People really need to watch what they say. .. you never know who speaks what. I understand everyone is short staff. But that has nothing to do with lack of organization on this resturants part. Don't go here. There's a first watch up the street with way better service although you might have to wait a little to be seated on the weekends.
Horrible place! They promote they have gluten free menu! Also on yhe menu, many stuff which say gluten free.... but then you order..... and they say we have nothing Gluten free.... now my family can eat and I eat nothing....
They take better care of the pick up order thsn the people that are waiting to be sitting, after sitting you have to wait about 30 min for your breakfast. Dennys have better service.
I waited a while before anyone came to the front. She has her hands filled with things I didn't want to look at so I told her I would wait. I had already been there for a while so why not? Finally got my order in for the family and went home. Everything was okay. Nothing to be over excited for unfortunately and we had to warm up a few of the items. The eggs were hard and looked overcooked. We didn't eat them. Overall, I didn't have to cook but venture out the house for average. It's cool.
