William, The manager, is doing a great job, even on a busy sunday. We noticed the difference on wait time, food quality and more. I think william is a important asset to ihop.
Met one of the best servers here. Run into her the last couple of times we were here. Both times on a late shift. Mostly by herself. Daniela (not sure if thats how you spell her name) was on point with staying on top of the table touches, always greeted everyone with a smile and made it welcoming.
Lorena was super nice and provided amazing service. The food was great and we were served very quickly. Thank you to all the staff that helped make this a great experience!
Had to give 1 star because stars is not an option I can choose. The store manager "William" is a disgrace to this place. He gives me incomplete order and asks me to call the customer care and check with them. After showing my online order to him he says "I can't trust online order". I asked him to lookup for my name in the order database to show me what he see's and he denies showing anything in his computer. After being on hold for 30 mins with customer support I don't see any point in talking to him as he was unwilling to own his mistake., instead he shouts at me saying I am giving him hard time. He also says his name and asks me to write a report as if he is invincible in front of customers waiting to be seated. I hope the franchise owners read this review and take an action. I would be willing to produce any further details regarding the order if necessary to take an action.
On June 30 my family and I went to have something to eat the waiter started good he came and said it was going to be little slow cause there was only 1 cook and this is only at 9:45 pm. Food was served, and he said he was coming back with the gravy for the steak after that never so him again finish eating try to get to pay the bill and no show i stand in front of the register for 25 min. and nothing i told the other waiter to call the other guy twice and no show. the service sucks the food bad i won't be going there anymore.
I love their pancakes and the service here wasn't terrible but they need more night staff.
the host didn’t even address me. i was waiting for 20 mins and 4 whole couples/group went before me to dine in. the host assumed that i ordered a takeout and just ignored me. terrible service.
Food came out fast. Server checked up on us at all the right times and the food was on point. Wish they would show my local IHOP how it's done.
our first visit after the hostess sat us down at the table the waitress never showed up to take the order, I got up from the table to see what would happen, the waitress had all the things from her purse sitting on the table she was organizing her purse, I asked her how much longer do I have to wait to be served, and she said I am almost done. This is unbelievable what is going on????? 2nd attempt I was driving I called to place a pick up order and the person who answered the phone told me that I have to order online, I said I am driving and she said I am sorry but you have to order online.
Ihop is one of my favorite restaurant to get breakfast. So far, I never had a bad experience in this location. The food is delicious and I will always come back for more.
