Low energy smell like mold and small IHop. Do not go here. 3 tables was empty with trash not cleaned and 10 minutes passed. Sunday 12:15 pm this happen to my family. They make Miami look worst then it is.

This particular ihop has been here for years. I don't know why. But I guess when you settle for mediocre, that's what you get. We walk in. We were politely and immediately seated given our menus and forgotten about for almost 10 minutes. When she came back she took her drink and our full order. Our drinks were there(coffee) in a blink of an eye. Another 10 minutes and my wife's full order came out and my part of mine. My wife ordered 2 eggs over easy and a stack of pancakes. I ordered a spinach mushroom omelet with hash Browns and a stack of pancakes. All I got was the omelet and it was cold. everything inside was hot. it was almost as if they had made the egg the night before and kept it on the side and when they needed it they put it back on the grill and heated it for a second and threw everything in it and folded it. Where are my hash browns? where are my pancakes out cakes? oh, they'll be right out. 10 minutes later the hash browns came out. 25 minutes and 4 excuses later still no pancakes. This is ihop the International house of PANCAKES. My wife finished her meal, I barely ate any of mine(because it was cold and tasteless) paid our bill and left. Apparently there's just an air of apathy in this place. The wait staff walk around with cell phones to their ears so I imagine the cook staff does the same. ?????AND I NEVER GOT MY PANCAKES?????

WORST ran business I have ever experienced. Unabashedly understaffed. There is ONE Latina, Claudia, a waitress waiting ALL the tables so you will definitely have to wait. If you arrive on a lucky day there may be 2. Staff looks miserable. Never smiles. Always running out of everything. Apparently, this location does not have ApplePay anymore so I was told to go to an atm to attain cash. I returned and paid for my order and the cashier said she doesn’t have change and expected me to leave without my money. Once I requested my receipt the waitress serving tables dug into the trash rummaging through for my receipt which I assume she planned to provide me out of the trash. When that failed she went back to her computer printed the receipt and went to “look” for change. Subsequently, she returned to her tables WITHOUT washing her hands. This occurred while a phone call for a “To-Go” order was being placed, but unfortunately there was a bad connection and Claudia could not hear the customer so I witnessed her hang up on the customer. The customer tried to call back and Claudia proclaimed, “I’m not answering. I don’t have time for games.” The phone rang several other times and I tried to call as well to no avail. Once the rest of my change was provided I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The running water barely works and it is very difficult to properly wash your hands. With 7 tables seated, the dining area was left unattended for quite some time as shown in the photos below. The dining area was so neglected, 2 elderly ladies who were not greeted, felt obligated to seat themselves upon arrival. Unfortunately, this appears to be a typical practice. The manager Anthony is nonexistent, and therefore totally oblivious to any of this. He sits in the back clueless as to how horrible the establishment is being ran. I am able to observe all of this astonishing behavior because I have been sitting here for an hour waiting for 2 egg whites and a side of bacon! Ridiculous, Outrageous and Extremely unprofessional!

The worse experience!Apparently, we arrived during the shifts switch.The waitress that was starting the second shift today Sunday, March 27th around 4 pm, was so rude and sarcastic. Unbelievable that some restaurant that is part of a franchise can have this kind of employee. First server, was very cordial, but service was to slow and she never checked if our order was served according to the order. It wasn’t, but we didn’t ask to change, because the second waitress was already working and her actitud was so bad for asking something else.

I am a waiter I know what I am talking about the attitude of this waitress you do not greet you arrive with a bad attitude you wanted to take the order of immediately I bother you that we were not immediately ready then you left us last and in a bad way you came to the table to take the order ! First, every client has the right to ask, and more if it is the first time that they visit the place and have time to decide as a family, it does not have to bother you. You work as a waitress. Don't forget the racism They are looking to have a nice time with the family

By the time we got our food it was cold. $52 plus tip for cold food. So we won’t be going back

you can almost always count on the wait being long but the food is always good. It seems like they're just constantly understaffed so this is definitely not a spot to eat if you're really hungry because of the wait. If you've got time to spare and a craving for iHop, this location is a pretty solid bet to satisfy that craving.

We ordered T-bone steak with eggs and pancakes. We got a t-bone which was delicious. We got 3 eggs. No pancakes and we were charged extra for the eggs and was told it didn't come with sides.I pointed out that the menu said it is a T-bone with 3 eggs and pancakes. I was told the waitress was new and made a mistake.Received a voided receipt and a refund of the extra egg charge.Got home and looked online to see what transactions posted. The transaction pending is the overcharged amount with the extra charge for the eggs. So now I've got to wait and see if I get a refund of the side order of eggs. And check to see if I was charged for the meal.But even so, they didn't give us the pancakes that came with the meal.I haven't been to this I-Hop in over 2 years because of issues with the charges on my meals but thought to give it a try again tonight. But it appears to still have issues and these are totally different employees from over two years ago. And just like before with the transactions over 2 years ago I have to sit around and wait to see what posts are doesn't post to figure out what's going on with the billing of my meal. I never have to do that with meals anywhere else.
