The best experience ever at the IHOP on 7378 SW 40th Street, Miami, Fl 33155!Cristal was our server and was friendly, attentive and fast!!! The entire team working under Alain was amazing ?. Great staff, it's a busy location so you have to go with patience, but that's pretty much any IHOP! Good comfort food
I understand that everywhere is short staffed these days. With that said, if an establishment doesn’t have adequate staff to maintain a sit down restaurant AND online orders, then perhaps they shouldn’t try to do both. We waited ONE HOUR for very simple breakfast. 2 adults and a hungry toddler. The number of to go orders going out ahead of ours was insane. I used to love ihop, but we will not be going back.
Waitress was very enthusiastic and pleasant.
You know the drill when it comes to iHOPs, good food don't have to go into details but the staff made it even more enjoyable. The waitress Kathy (I think) was the sweetest ting ever and the other staff member that we interacted with were exceptional. They definitely made our day and I hope we did too.
This location is perfect! Been coming to this location for years. It's Right off the Palmetto on 73 and Bird Road. I really enjoy knowing that I can have eggs and pancakes any time of the day. The food is always good and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Maggie the server is also great and always efficient, happy and polite. I'm really impressed with the Manager Alain. The way he steps in and helps his cook when they are busy. It's convenient to have a manager that is able to cook too. Can't wait to return and highly recommend this Ihop.
I can't remember what her name was but she was amazing. She was our hostess, waitress, cook and dishwasher - literally the only employee working when we dined. She definitely could use a raise.
Last night Saturday on Feb 5 my experience at this IHOP was only saved thanks to the waiter on the night shift. I believe his name was Junior on his name tag. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and the kids were making crazy orders left and right that even I got confused. But he held it down. He was respectful and cordial, always checking in on us making sure our orders were right cause he was the only on the floor that night. Great customer service. The chef is very questionable. Like most of our orders were ok but we had to pull a big strip of plastic from one of our dish and at that point a nearly lost my appetite and was ready to walk out
I should give any star but i cant. The attention was awful. I came here at 2:20pm and now its 3:05 the food already came, but that’s no the bad thing. Two tables came after me and my husband and they have their food before. Then they made a mistake of our food and bring us the wrong one. I’m really angry and i never coming back. Dont come.
Before I leave this review I understand we are living in unprecedented times.However, I still believe there should be some level of customer service and attention to detail, especially in an establishment that relies on its customers to operate.That being said, my experience today at this IHOP location was terrible.I ordered takeout, for which we waited about 15-20 minutes to be seen (I understand it was busy hours, so no complaint there. To be expected.)After we ordered, they told us about 15-20 minute wait time so we waited 10 minutes to go back inside and then another 20 minutes before we asked if our order was ready.Review:They forgot our order and had it sitting under the heat lamps for about 10 minutes or so. Soggy pancakes and cold omelette, YUM!Food was NOT even satisfactory, definitely below average.Milkshake was not full and was liquid like milk.Would honestly like a refund…
