Although the food quality just was not there...The server employee was incredibly great..!We arrived an hour before closing and yet see served us very well ...?But she was completely by herself and one can tell she was extremely tired both Serving & Cooking so I forgive for theFood Quality under the circumstances and hour we arrived...I feel like I should be able to return and eat A Freshly Prepared Breakfast On IHOP..!Shame on IHOP for having a single worker doing it all on her own. This was so UNACCEPTABLE..!
They don’t have personnel. I really like IHOP, however it’s incredible that only one poor girl was taking care of all the tables. The manager came and told us “can you guys chill and wait a couple of minutes, we only have one person taking care of the customers”. Unbelievable, how on Saturday they don't have personnel.
Food was ok the few times I went. My problem is how they incorrectly promote prices when you consider what to order, they charge you a higher price then advertised, and that I was Required TO PAY FOR IT!! Not joking; that's what I was directly told. Also didn't like their fake excuse for "taxes" for how I still had to pay a dollar for the free pancakes I redeemed (unrelated order). I have proof of the ridiculousness attached. Never went after that. Insane that a place can remain open after doing this!!
-Star! Walked in last night. 2 tables open. Didn't see any employee for, at least, 10 minutes. Finally, an employee yelled from somewhere in the back "we're closed." I said the sign said 24/7. She responds, still not even getting out of her seat (where she was comfortably sitting, chatting with someone, on the clock), the Chef left so we have to close. Like wth. I understand it's hard to hire reliable employees, but this was just ridiculous, and lazy. We drove over to Latin America.... AMAZING SERVICE! Tab was $60... we tipped $40! Things happen for a reason. Honestly, first time I went to this IHOP. It is definitely the LAST TIME!
This was my second trip to IHOP in two months and both times we waited over an hour for our food. Both times there was only one friendly, young lady doing all of the serving and seating. Food was ok, but things were just a bit too slow.
i came and found the place to be empty maybe 6 people total where there. i came in and waited to be seated ..after 10 minutes of just standing there, I decided to sit my wife and I. we found our seats and waited for someone to come and attend to us. we waited over 20 minutes !!! no one ever came. yes , it did look like there were not very many employees working, but 30 minutes to get a glass of water , a menu and have someone say I'll be with you in a moment. thats completely unacceptable. i see why i never see any cars in the parking lot when i pass by. seriously this place needs to close and let another establishment open up there that want our business and have better customer service.
It was a bit busy on Saturday morning. The staff definitely seemed distracted and it took a bit of time to get our food. My Spicy Poblano Omelet came out in a timely manner though it took some time to get some syrup. The food itself was not bad. A generally ok experience.
We had terrible service at this location. We went at night and ordered a hot chocolate and some snacks after having just attended a celebration anniversary party close by, we just wanted something to perk us up before having to go on a 45 min drive home. After an hour the food had not come out. We requested to cancel the order and just get the bill for the hot chocolate, I told the waitress we needed to leave because we were tired. The waitress became defensive and upset and refused to cancel the food order, she kept us waiting another 30 min before we got the bill and the order to go, which we no longer wanted. We paid and left arriving home after 1 am struggling to stay awake. We were not upset about the delay in the order, as we understand about short staffing, it was the fact that she got upset at us and refused to cancel the order and then kept us waiting longer for another 30 min with no explanation or apology about our food or bill. She would not listen or understand that we simply needed to leave by that point, even though we told her. She obviously did not care about her customers and that was evident in the way we were spoken to and treated
If I could give this place Zero stars I would.This is thanks to the server Nathally l, her behavior, was outright disrespectful. The way she was blatantly racist and judged us based on me and my family speaking Spanish, now we all speak English however we communicate better in Spanish to make our orders clear and know exactly what we want she us communicating and took it as we weren’t ready and left our table in the middle of us ordering. She was not attentive to our table forgetting ketchup and syrup . Now it’s not the acting of forgetting that was the problem it was the fact that whenever we tried to get her attention she would look at us and walk right past us this happened countless times until we decided to ask other working staff for ketchup and syrup. If Nathally has a bad day at home I suggest she doesn’t come to work if it’s going to affect her behavior.
IHOP is IHOP, and you can't go wrong there. I went to this location for the 1st time a week ago, and it was at 630am. They were short staffed and only had one person serving, and apparently, one person cooking. But even in that situation, I did not have to wait that much, the waitress was super nice, and the food was good, as usual. Recommended.
