The room was quite dated! The dust build up on the vent in the bathroom was an indication of the quality of the room inspection process. The kid sized pool was not adequate for the size of the hotel. This was my first visit.
The photos are a bit exagerated, the pool is not great and the bath tub is hard to get off and slip . I have slipped several times included one that I fell and hurt myself . I am not old. But this could causa a severe injury like bone frature . But the location is great and the staff very nice.
Met Junior today. First time staying at the Hyatt but definitely not the last. Junior is respectful, has a wealth of knowledge about Miami and made my stay awesome. Thanks Junior for the restaurant recommendation! See you soon!
Very nice and clean hotel in downtown Miami. Rooms are renovated and well serviced. The bath tub is clean with plenty of shampoo and body wash gel mounted on the wall. It is not spacious but is very clean. Grill bar offers good food. It is a well run hotel and you get more than a 4 star hotel is expected to offer.
Love the location of the hotel. Staff is pleasant and the restaurants are great. Added bonus is the ferry to South Beach although I did not use it. The only drawback to all of this is if you are arriving by car make sure to keep an extra $50/- per day for valet parking
Very well located, with a kind and helpful staff. Although the hotel is in the middle of downtown, they managed to put me in a quiet room, with a nice view of downtown. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Are you in search of an awesome hotel with excellent amenities and services? LOOK no further as I would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Hotel for anyone who wishes to relax/be comfortable. You will also be pleased with their hospitality.
I really must commend Hyatt Regency Miami! Literally one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at it terms of the overall experience and customer service. Chris was just a dear darling and was quick to assist me with my payment issues upon check in together with Stephen. I commend Chris as the best team leader I have ever encountered- I had an issue with my credit card being on international travel and bank blocking it but he was quick to understand and gave me my key while I called my back to resolve the problem with a whole 8hr time difference. Everyone from the bell boy, security( I locked my room key at some point-twice!), the nice old guy at the shop/market were all so nice and I even ended up getting a complimentary coffee when the machine broke down. I will be definitely be back and will always speak highly of this establishment. Thanks very much! Please PROMOTE Chris! He’s a keeper!
Great location. Easy access to metro mover and metro bus system. Whole Foods across the street. Easy walk to mall and restaurants. You can easily get to beach and other attractions around Miami with just a day transit pass. Good
Upon entering room eyelash & earring on couch, semen and feral stains on couch and surrounding floor area. Appeared to have been used as a prostitution room. Disgusting. Almost $500 for 1 night in filth
