Definitely not the best experience not sure if our server Maru was new or just not good at what she does. Had a group of 8 and waited foe 15 minutes for her to come to the table. Drinks came out wrong, apps came out double ordered. Then we ordered dinner I ordered the garlic habanero wings which is a dry rub. I was given plan wings and some kind of wet sauce as she told me they didn't have the rub I ordered. I asked her why I want told that when she put my order in.I am someone that travels a lot and eat at places all over the country. What I have noticed that a lot of restaurants are really catering to the take out orders and this Hooters fell into the their take out was on fire, which definitely effects ts the service for those that actually go out to eat.We were also here 3 weeks earlier which wasn't much better
Haven't come here that many times, maybe I can even count it with the fingers of one hand, so my opinion may not be the most objective. It's a good sports bar. The food is decent and the service is attentive and fast. Beer is always good and served freezing cold, so on that side, it's a super plus. I would say it's good for what it is. It's not an other-worldly experience nor something that is going to change your world, but for a sports bar, it's a pretty decent one to go and enjoy some time with friends either talking or watching a game.
Food was good like always, but waitress was lost. Didn't come to the table until we had to ask someone for her (45 minutes of waiting). Then, she kept messing up the drink orders.
The food here was great, but our overall experience was ruined here due to our upsetting server. She didn't even smile or greet us when we were ready to order. She would throw every single item she delivered to the table and never came by to check on how we were doing or to refill our drinks. The mojito I ordered when we initially sat down came to the table after we were finished with our food. It seemed like she was being forced to work there and was taking out on us. We kept looking around for her to get our drinks refilled, but she was no where in sight. We asked for an extra plate for our baby and was told to use the plate under the fries they delivered. We paid in cash and she didn't even bring us all of our change back, only the larger bills but not the coins. Her name is Guiliana, do yourself a favor and ask for another server if you end up at her table.
It was ok. Would have been better if they turned down the music some had a has time hearing the server and talking to each other.

If I could give this place minus 5 stars, I would. They must be a franchise, because they offer only half the portions the corporate locations offer. The wait staff is unbelievably inattentive, rude and not the most clean looking. Going back my second time, only solidified the reasons I’d never be seen here again.
This hooters is always busy! Meaning the food is always pretty good on flavor, temperature and comes out in a short time! Beers are cold, and staff is friendly the fries come out nice and freshly fried! The cleanliness on tables can be a bit better some stay sticky from sauces etc.
My husband & I met a friend here for some wings because we remember them being so delicious (we make them at home ALL the time & they are amazing) we got hot breaded & naked with both blue cheese & ranch (was never brought to the table, had to ask for it) also got shrimp tacos-hot & 10 Buffalo shrimp -hot. NONE of the items had flavor for being “hot”. All tasted like they tossed in a mild sauce with some butter. The music was so loud we were sitting at a small 4 top and I couldn’t hear anything because I wasn’t next to them. Also was so cold, our food was ICE cold after eating one wing (weren’t very hot temperature wise when came out anyways) Beers were always full, but never in a cold glass. Always a warm one. The ONLY reason I’m giving 2stars and not 1 is because of our server. Emily was AMAZING, super sweet and very attentive. Very kind and super accommodating
Hooters is always such a fun place to watch a game and enjoy some finger food!! The oysters were amazing and super clean and the wings well they are always good! Service is excellent too!!!
