The Salmon I had was delicious. Parking for valet was very tight but the man made it work. Overall I would recommend.

I have tried some of their dishes and they are exquisite, I miss the live music, I really liked the piano it was divine!.Today I was for lunch with a friend and we both felt great, the portions are still very generous, as a starter they serve arepitas and hot bread accompanied by cheese and cream. What detail! It is a great place to celebrate birthdays, a romantic dinner, business or family lunch / dinner. This restaurant is charming, the attention is excellent, the meat is fabulous. Thank you very much for making us spend pleasant moments.

this restaurant is so stucked in the past. the walls are about to fell down. it has a huge filtration and they just close that part of the restaurant, but it shows. It is just disgusting. Also, they hate dogs! they don't allow ESA dogs not even in their stroller. seriously, in what century are you living? 1500? please evolve!

To the owner,I have enjoyed your restaurant for more than 20 years. Today we arrived at 5:45 pm and we were turned away because the restaurant was closing at 6:00 pm. Even the valet parking attendant was surprised after he took our car for parking. It appears that your waiter was unhappy to have a party of 4 showing up at 5:45 pm claiming that the kitchen was already close. Too bad…
Idk if this place not for african Americans because when we first walked in immediately we got stared at by the whole restaurant and we sat down to order the waiter took forever to come to us when he did ask us what we want didnt get to say anything he walked off to see what some other table was saying without finishing with us and next thing they took 30 more mins for the food wasn’t packed either so we just left without eating place needs help with dealing with all different races ??♂️
Food was excellent: from the small arepas with cheese and nata to the Filet Mignon and the Grouper Meunière. The meat was super tender! We also loved the sides dishes: The yuca (fried and boiled), the sweet plantains and the avocado, hearts of palm and watercress salad. Unfortunately the desserts didn’t meet expectations: We tried the Rice Pudín , the crepe with Dulce de leche and the Bien me Sabe. None of them were good. Service could have been better. Granted, we visited at 4:30 pm, in between lunch and dinner. Perhaps that’s why they were short staffed. But it was more a lack of attention to customer Service what disappointed us: we asked 3 times for a glass of wine. We asked twice for a sauce. One of the servers (Cuban) gave the impression he was doing us a favor by serving us. And BTW, our bill was about $300! We went because Hereford Grill in Venezuela had excellent food AND service. We naively expected the same and bragged about it with some American friends we invited to the restaurant with us. So much for bragging… Let’s hope the owner reads this review and sees some opportunities for improvement.
Sometimes I like to step away from my mostly modern life and kick it old school with a stiff drink, a rare steak, and the company of great friends.
