Only one server service was slow. Nice waiter but too many tables fir one server.

Everything was prepared very well. The service was great. We will go again when I’m town.

Made a reservation for 9:45 and upon arrival, they informed us that they could not longer receive us because it eas too late. We had to find another location for dinner

100% great service all the around! This was our first time here and yes my expectations were exceeded. The only reason I’m not giving a five star is because the food lacked on flavor, and over cooked food. There were a lot of items on the menu that we really wanted to try. For apps we had the the carpaccio which was fantastic loved the added parmigiana and the mussels… they truly lacked on flavor and we had to add a lot of salt to get some type of flavor. For entree we had the lamb chop with Brussels… it was perfect highly recommended. We also did the tomahawk with polenta and au gratin potatoes, the Presentation of the steak was amazing we loved that they cut it table side and put it on the grill. The polenta was our least favorite item it was over cooked, dry and didn’t taste “fresh”. The gratin was good but poor presentation it was swimming in oil and the top was burnt. We also added the giant Madagascar shrimp and I was so excited for this but sadly it was over cooked which made the texture almost bread like… I couldn’t eat it.Beside that everything was perfect. I would definitely give them a try again. Our server was very attentive and was fast.

Niki the manager and her entire staff were fantastic! They helped us organize a small dinner party for our co-workers farewell. They tended to all of our needs. The food and service was fabulous!

Graziano’s is a staple of Miami. It is a great Argentinian steakhouse. This was my first time at Brickell location. The ambiance was nice. Service was a bit slow. It was absolutely not busy but it took the waitress and hostess quite a while to attend to us. The prices on the menu are way more than website so that definitely was not a good sign. I wasn’t impressed with the taste of the food. Everything lacked flavor and was bland, even the salad. The parrillada was cooked to our liking but just didn’t excite my taste buds. Not bad but room for improvement for sure.

A shame. We came to celebrate a friends birthday. Made the reservation in advance and when we arrived, there were only 2 people serving the entire restaurant. We were a party of 9, the restaurant was full. It took 45 min to get our drinks and 1 hour and 45 mins to get our food. I understand that sometimes restaurants do not have staff but it would have been appreciated if this was mentioned in advance and not made us wait 2 hrs to get the food and 45 min to get a bottled beer… you shouldn’t accept large partied or keep seating down people to have dinner if you have only 2 servers. It creates a terrible experience for everyone. The only thing good was the meat but not worth a 2 hr wait. As a suggestion, if so understaffed, close half of the restaurant or don’t accept tables if you are so behind in service.

Extremely disappointing!! The food was really quite bad. The empanadas were all really dry, the fries were not crispy, the Brussels were wet and the steaks were just meh.. tasteless. Worst steaks in Miami - and as locals we have tried many

Server did not help much in helping us choose. He did not offer much information nor recommendations. We had a small group of 4 and we had never been there before. Server did not even say happy Mother’s Day to the 3 moms at the table. I don’t like places where the tip is automatically included. This takes always from the quality of service received.

It was great, meat quality was good, cooking on the desired temp, drink were also on point
