The best salads: always fresh, a variety of ingredients, toppings, dressings. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean and organized. There are tables outside too. Reasonable prices. My favorite restaurant in Miami!
I have always loved Giardinos salad. Their hospitality was something I’ve always looked forward to. Today, Sunday, May 8th. I placed a call at around 4PM to order two salads from their menu. No changes to how the salad was made. I was told that I had to place the order online. I asked when this policy was put into place and was told that when they are too busy this is what they resort to. I had to go find their website, create an account, and prepay for a simple order. I checked the reviews before writing and found that the response from Jaime was horrifying. The suggestion of ordering it through Uber eats is extremely disrespectful to a client who wants to come in to pick up. Perhaps, Jaime is unaware that Uber eats charges delivery fee and if you are a decent person, tip. Jaime states they are a small business. My advice to you is act like one and i hope you have enjoyed your success. Because with treatment and suggestions like these, I don’t think it will last very long. Right now, I am waiting for my order to be ready according to the site and there isn’t a single soul in the restaurant, so it seems like clients have to be inconvenienced wether or not staff is busy.
First time here. Tried this place with a coworker and it was good. I like how they have different options and variety of stuff to put inside your salad and etc. I will be back to try something different.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH JOSSELYNStaff is always awesome........I called in to place an order for pickup. I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Josselyn Monterria (unsure of spelling). Josselyn automatically informed me that due to the lunch hour rush I must make the request online, and their was no time to take an order over the phone. I asked for clarity, if she was unable to take my order over the phone, because of the rush hour?. Josselyn said no she didn't say that and responded she was unable to take my order at all. I have never had an issue with placing an order at the South Miami location in all of the years I have been ordering from this location. My order was for a future time of pick up (had she continued the conversation) and unsure of how customer friendly it would be to imply if you don't have access to order online we are unable to take your order. This is unfortunate, unprofessional, and disappointing. She proceeded to give me her telephone number of to report this and all the information she wanted me to have in assisting for this review. Exceptional experience brings exceptional reviews, this missed all of the bar when it relates to customer experience. If negative 100 was an option, it would satisfy the rating and the attitude I received for this review. This review will continue to circulate until this situation is rectified. Completely Unacceptable.
I called because they messed up my order. The lady who answered the phone, Cathy, was rude and kept questioning and doubting me. Finally, I offered to send her photographic proof of the mess-up and she caved into giving me a refund. Disappointed in the lack of costumer service.

Wonderful experience at this Giardino. I was helped by Kati and couldn’t have asked for better service. I mentioned that I wanted to create a custom salad and she helped me with suggestions every step of the way. She pretty much came up with one of the tastiest custom salads I’ve ever had. Aside from the salad being delicious she was so kind and patient. Honestly one of the most please my experiences I’ve had with someone in quite some time. Thanks for the memorable experience and the DELICIOUS salad!
