I order for the first time and I was very disappointed ?. First I order the soup of the day that had a picture of broccoli ? cheese ?. I got a spicy I don't even know what it was and I am allergic to hot pepper. Then order a Fizz with roasted chicken and added avocado ?. The salad had barely any chicken I saw only 3 tiny avocados half inch size and fruits looked frozen. For the price you expect something much better. My Sunday was not done with fresh fruits either. Again you can't call gourmet a place that will have low quality food. I rarely make a complaint but this was too much. Take notes and work on improvement it's my feedback.

Sad to give this review because this location used to actually be good. They flat out do not care about the customer and their concerns. I picked up an online order which was warm (ordered not even 10 min before) and it was a container full of lettuce. They charged you $15 for LETTUCE. I couldn’t find any of the toppings I ordered. Literally a joke. When I called to request a refund, I was told the owner and manager said they couldn’t do that at this time and offered 50% off my next purchase. Next purchase? You’ll never get a penny of my money. I will be contacting corp. So sad to see decent locations go down the drain. Beware.
The Managers are so warm and kind; but it was a complete shock today, to be handled in such an abrasive manner by a particular employee who decided to use the wrong tone and approach with me today. He wasn’t patient or kind, but continued to say “ I am sorry” until I finally stated, “No, you are not sorry”!He was verbally abusive, and continued to rant as if he had the right to speak to a paying customer in a disrespectful way. He was ready to blow a gasket for sure. He mentioned how he serves hundreds of people. I was so disappointed by his actions. He must be trained again in Interpersonal Effectiveness.
Have been To other Giardino’s but this is the first time getting a wrap. It was well worth it, they hooked it up and gave good amount of pita chips on the side since I didn’t include on wrap.Curry sauce is similar to chicken kitchens with a slight difference that’s just as good!
I go there today for lunch time and purchase 2 el caribe bowls the rice was very hard like was from yesterday and for the price is not acceptable Kendall location is not good the best one is Doral

I love this place, the fizz salad is the best salad I ever taste, I love the environment there and the personal is the best, definitely I'll go more times, 5 stars!!!
Their food is always really tasty and relatively low cost for how gourmet it tastes. I just stopped by today and Destiny attended me, she was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly and informative, great at juggling multiple things and she made me feel super welcome. Wonderful employee!
