What an amazing experience. Came for a late dinner and Fabiola was such an amazing wine connoisseur that provided great options. We will be coming back, again and again! 100% recommend

We went to eat there at the kendall Gauchos for my sisters birthday and it was amazing. I ended up buying a couple bottles of wine thanks to our fantastic server Fabiola. I recommend you go there and ask for a Fabiola she is there wed thru sun after 3. She is super attentive helpful and omg knows her wines

Excellent food and customer service. Fabiola is the best helping with the wine selection and pampering us with the best suggestions. Although this is not a typical restaurant, she is always available to serve and make our experience unique.

Fabiola, was excellent, very attentive. Made an excellent wine recommendation. She pays attention to details. I definitely will be back because of the excellent service!

My husband and I frequently visit Gauchos. It is near our home, the food is good, and the service is pleasant. I noticed a lot of negative reviews about the service which unfortunately it appears that some of the patrons do not understand the restaurant service model. Basically, it runs like a tapas market bar where you place your order at the register and the food is brought out to you. It is not your typical restaurant where you sit down and they take your order. All the service personnel that we have encountered in the many years we’ve been visiting the restaurant have been pleasant. Fabiola, is usually our server. She always serves us with a smile and is happy to get us any additional items we may need. She is wonderful. So if you’re planning a visit to Gauchos, which I recommend, just keep in mind that it is not your regular sit down service restaurant. It is a market model where you can enjoy great wine at great prices, great food, and service with a smile.

Los Gauchos is a place where you can have an amazing bottle of wine at a great price while enjoying tapas or a cut of meat. We have been at Gauchos several times and always leave very satisfied with the experience, and specially with Fabiola's professional, warm , and courteous service. Her recommendations are always spot on....for my money one of the best places to experiment with new awesome wines without having to get a loan to pay the bill....highly recommended.

Just when you thought it was safe to go back out into dining indoors after Covid, you have an experience so outlandishly bad that you ask yourself if it was real or a nightmare. Yes, it was that bad in all aspects of the experience. We went to this relatively new restaurant due to a flyer received in the mail. The pictures were great. Upon arrival, we met the first negative experience. You had to grab a menu and order at a counter. Not very welcoming in light of the fact that you are standing while ordering well north of $250.00 worth of food for four. (more on this later) There is absolutely no soul in this restaurant. No homey, no fancy, no family, nothing. The best you can say is modern and stark. No covering on the tables. After ordering you sit at a table or high-top, and they bring your order to you. The second bad sign was when there were two waitresses coming and going to our table, very confused with the drinks order (for four people!) After getting the drinks, someone knocked down a soda on the table which began to run every which way. Quickly grabbing the napkins which enveloped the cutlery, we were able to contain the liquid from running down on the floor or on anyone's attire. No need to involve the staff with the cleanup, But then nobody offered either. We needed to replace the napkins which were all now soaked with soda. Upon asking a waitress for replacement napkins, she offered the tiny napkins in a dispenser. When I asked for the larger dinner napkins we had just used on clean up, she uttered the most shocking words I have ever heard as a paying customer at a restaurant. "We are not permitted to give large napkins without permission, they are only to roll up the utensils". Incredible but true. I had just triggered an international incident by asking for napkins in a restaurant, no less!. "May I have another, please sir" comes to mind. After an uncomfortable ten minutes and a meeting of no less than four members of the staff, we were given three larger napkins (for four people). Oh, but the worst was yet to come. Three appetizers later, we realized we had happened upon a bad rendition of an Argentine restaurant. There were plenty of wines lining the walls, there were many products for sale in the market, the name screams Argentina, but these people have no idea what Argentinian cooking (or Latin taste for that matter) is about, flavor. The appetizers looked great but only the chorizo delivered. The calamari was scant, and without taste. The shrimp al ajillo was made with what looked to be Publix small pink shrimp swimming in oil but little else. No bread anywhere to be found, only little out-of-the box toasts. Well, we thought the entrees would win us over, but no!!!. Only two entrees were served. Tiras de asado were the two entrees that came. Those are usually very tasty. These were not. The beef was of good quality but offered no flavor, not even salt. Chimichurri was not offered. Upon requesting it, these tiny little plastic containers with tops on them were offered. Obviously for take out orders. Ok, maybe a concession to Covid, but then the coup de grace came. Well actually, it never came. The high priced parrillada ($70+) we ordered, never came. When a more mature and obviously more experienced waitress was called, was it revealed that they had never written down that order (which was the first). The parrillada came only after another 20-30 minutes and well after the other two participants had finished their meals. All the meats were there, but not a single one had good taste. The mollejas were overcooked and rubbery. The entraña was the best of the group, but that is not saying much. This is absolutely the worst all around experience I have had in a mid priced restaurant. There was not even an explanation or an attempt to appease us in any way. It was painfully obvious that the staff is untrained, the cook has no taste buds, and the management is simply non existent. It is virtually impossible to get everything wrong, yet they did. The only reason for a two star rating ins

Used to live close to this place and always loved coming here. Always order de picaña, and its always delicious. Coffee and empanadas are also fantastic!

I.m from Argentina and I never had such an awful "sandwich de miga" . They were really really bad, as a matter of fact nothing is good here, not the meat or food. And they have the nerve to call themselves an Argentina restaurant An staff are anything but nice or friendly.

Excellent Bakery. Worth it !!!!Even a micro market. What a collection of wines. Meat for your brie "churrasco" !!!
