Let me tell you Food is good! You won’t find nothing fresher than that however here are really bad things:1- Rude very rude employees. Did I mention rude? Specially the ones in the kitchen. They act like they are all doing a favor to you. Even you paying that high price as you are2- They have dine in but they don’t have plates. AND DON’T ASK. The refuse to give. Got there one day with a family of 7 people and they gave 2 plates. They refused to give more. Did I mentioned they are very rude?3- Prices are super high now! Think if it is worthy. You may be paying the same as a high star restaurant plus they are very full of attitude. Specially the chef . Always upset and acting as he knows at all. Being rude to everyone. Get your food and run4- There is no parking. Have I mentioned they are are rude?5- depending of their mood they will prepare the food you want. Some day you might ask them to have your shrimps with garlic, butter.. they will agree to it, the other day they won’t and so on…I don’t know if I told you they are very rude w clients
A friend of mine posted on Facebook him eating at Fresh Florida Fisheries restaurant and I wanted to try it. We finally went yesterday with family and we all loved this place! The lobster bisque and the stone crabs were delicious! The stone crabs were super fresh, exactly as the ones we usually eat during this time at the Florida keys. The guys behind the counters were very polite and nice. The food we ordered was reasonably priced and was served quickly. The place was clean and welcoming. Definitely we will be returning again!
This is the absolute best spot in Miami for fresh stone crab claws! I wanted to have my friend who was visiting try them for the first time ever, and thankfully came upon this extremely underrated spot. Absolutely everything we ordered was delicious. We had the lobster croquettes and fish dip as appetizers, and both were amazing. And the stone crabs with mustard sauce were to die for. We were also so surprised with the great price that we ordered too many ? But that meant we had plenty of claws to take home after. The staff is also extremely friendly and professional. Will be returning soon and bringing my whole fam!
Fresh Florida Fisheries was AMAZING, from the food, to the prices, to the freshness, AND hospitality of staff. Thoroughly appreciate such a hidden gem in Miami. Will definitely give this place repeat business!
Very attentive, awesome customer service and they get your order out fast. The fish tastes so fresh and the tostones are so crispy. Always good to go with my family here.

First, let me start by saying that I love helping small businesses and I’m all in for small businesses, but the experience today in this restaurant was terrible, which prompted me to write a review. We get to Fresh Fisheries and we order our fishes, when we go pay, the total comes out to way more. When we look at the bill, they now charge $5.00 per pound to cook your fish, yes $5.00 per pound. They used to charge $2.00 flat fee, then $2.00 per pound, now $5.00 per pound. Very disappointing because had we known, we would simply go to a restaurant, sit down and eat a plate of fish. Well, it didn’t end there. For those that know, there is an outside eating area where you eat your fish when it’s ready. We go get our fishes and while another one of our friends is waiting for his plate, we start to eat, and we are approached by the restaurant personnel that we cannot eat there. Hold on, you just charged me $5.00 per pound to cook my fish and now I can’t eat it in the restaurant? The reason allegedly is because they will be busy during the holidays and they need the parking, if people are eating they have no parking. FYI there is never parking and they have a serious parking issue even when it’s not the holidays. Today, during lunch time, there was plenty of parking. They should have said we couldn’t dine in the place when we ordered our fishes, but don’t make me spend $5.00 per pound for you to cook my fish and expect I’m going to eat it cold. As we are waiting for my friends plate, we start eating since we can’t go anywhere anyways because we are waiting, well another person comes out to tell us the same thing but this time more rude. We explain that our friends plate is still not done, that we were not told that we couldn’t eat there, and that had we known we would not have ordered, much less pay $5.00 per pound to cook it. The person was very rude, he says “well that’s the grey area and if other people see you eating here they will want to eat here as well.” Overall, terrible customer service, terrible treatment to loyal customers of the restaurant. We have been eating and buying fish from this place for a very long time and it’s such a shame that they have made the experience so bad for the customers, the ones that maintain your business running. They could have avoided this by simply telling us when we got there or putting up signs that: 1) you now charge $5.00 per pound to cook the fish; and 2) that you cannot dine in. I walked around not one sign stating you couldn’t eat there. I will never return, there are sooo many fisheries in Florida. Come on! We live in Florida! There is literally thousands of fisheries. And If Fresh Fisheries thinks that I’m just one customer, word of mouth goes a long way! Just saying! Shame on you!

Nice large and clean fish market. It sparkles it’s so clean and doesn’t even smell fishy. Even with a line they have their process down pat and very efficient. Best stone crab claws! Can’t wait to go back for a minuta sandwich.
One of the most fresh fish and chips I’ve had in years. Quality is 5 stars, service is 5 stars, I mean you’re missing out if you love fish and live in Miami. Just fantastic
