It's alright, bit overpriced for what you get... Small portions too. Ice cream is alright but Hagan Dasz is better, for the same price or a little less

The gelato here is pretty good but the conditions are NOT sanitary. The servers don’t use gloves to prepare the food after using the register. I asked the guy to use a wrapper to pick up my gelato cone (this is during the Covid pandemic) and he seemed annoyed. He placed the cone that he touched with bare hands back into the container to be purchased by some unknowing patron. Not cool….

We came from Pura Vida bag to sit in and eat some ice cream. The worker said there are no vegan options , and therefore if we don’t buy an ice cream we can’t sit on the outdoor seating area (on the street). He said that it’s not him, but his manager. I went in to speak to the manager, but there wasn’t a manager. These staff are poorly trained. Super bad customer service, lack of knowledge about their products. These kids need to work in McDonald’s kitchen or something simple that doesn’t require customer service interaction, and not to be in front of the house.

Best ice f team in brickell!! Expensive for the portions but Everywhere in brickell is like that , and this ice cream worth itttt!my fav is chocolate fushion???

Had the sundae, really loved the cookie topping. Ordered dulce de leches, mascarpone berry, and banana split ice cream flavors

The dulce de leche flavor is delicious. But the ice cream is super pricey.

Got the chocolate mint and cookies and cream. They were both super good!!! I love the texture that's not too chewy. Even in Italy I sometimes struggled to find gelato that's not too chewy but this was just perfect! Highly recommended!

It’s a small corner ice-cream shop Downtown Miami with not many tables neither inside nor outside. There are not so many flavors, but it’s all homemade, using ingredients imported from all over the world, including Argentina which is where this business started: you can tell that their founders were Italian immigrants because their ice-cream tastes exactly like the Italian “gelato”!I think their prices are a little bit on the expensive side, but we will definitely come back here for a gelato when we are in Miami.
