All I got was french fries and I woke up the next morning puking out my guts.. how man and I've eaten 5 guys in NYC plenty of times and not gotten sick.. ??♂️
I have already eaten at other branches of the company in the US and Europe. They were cleaner and more orderly. As part of the order, we ordered fries, which we received with an undefined spice that gave the fries the texture of sand, in addition to the fact that it was not tasty. The hamburgers and hot dogs that were ordered were exactly like In other branches, you have to ask for added mayo, there is no option to add it yourself, there were only small bags of ketchup.
Love five guys but this location has the worst workers possible. Ghetto attitudes with each order. Nasty slobs behind the grill laughing and joking while making your food. Not to mention they charge extra and this location. Do not support

Five guys here on bayside has a great a service it’s fast. The food is great and it’s all healthy
This place geniunely stole my money. 35$. They accepted my order on doordash. Soon after two different drivers went to grab my food, both were turned away, as the place closed. They intentionally took my order right before closing, wasted hours of my time of repeated drivers being sent to them by the app. Just to steal my money. They knew they would get free money and not be held responsible. If i can somehow complain to corporate about this place, i will. I havent eaten in 10 hours and now will go to bed hungry because this place is a running scam. This place should not be allowed to be open the fact this is legal is crazy
Let me start this post by saying that I LOVE 5 Guys and it pains me to leave such a negative review for them. Firstly to all future consumers DO NOT ORDER FOR PICK UP the stress isn't worth it. The parking is horrible, you call the store for instructions on how to get to them and what would be the closest parking garage near them and they were no help no one had a clue on how to get to the restaurant they just said: "it's upstairs!" Unreal, and then to add insult to injury my order was not even prepared correctly. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers one lettuce wrapped and the other one on a bun of course. Both were made with bun, the bacon was burnt, the burgers were burnt, and the Cookies and Cream Milkshake I ordered was a plain Vanilla shake the only thing they got right was the fries. Oh yes, and even though I ordered in advance I waited 20mins for my order because they hadn't even started on it. My hour lunch break was gone by the time I left the restaurant. Maybe it was an off day for them or maybe they have new employees :Shrug: Dear, FIVE GUYS, GET IT TOGETHER! I do not plan on coming back to this particular 5 Guys and if I do, I would hope that the service would be an improvement from what I experienced today.
