Nasty Place!!!!!! Nasty Nasty Nasty. Omg.The manager Richard is not a nice person and he is too discriminating, the other (Yosiel, Yoskiel, or something like that) He doesn't speak English and apparently you speak to him in Spanish and he doesn't understand .the hamburgers were not given to me wrapped, really horror place!!!!! Nobody go here!!!!!
My worst 5 Guys visit to date. I should have known something was amiss when I got my order so fast. I didn't think about it at the time and realized after I got back to my hotel room which wasn't far away, that I didn't get a 'fresh' cooked burger (for the first time ever at a 5 Guys!). I don't know if that was a Miami thing, to have already cooked patties to throw a sandwich together faster or whatever, but that was a first for me. The burger was actually cool to the touch! Normally, the burger is still nice and warm in the aluminum wrapped presentation but this burger and foil was cool to the touch and when I realized it and unwrapped the burger to check the temperature of the patty, it was cold, not even a little warm! It was approx 30 mins before closing when I went there but that shouldn't be an excuse to have cold patties on hand! Even the fries (temperature) was subpar for 5 Guys usual standard. I was very disappointed with this particular visit.
21 dollars for a hamburger, fries and a strawberry shake. I believe it is a little overpriced. Besides the lady that took my order was rude too. This was my first time eating here but definitely Not coming back again.
Nice,clean professional workers. The food is great and you don't have to wait more than 7 minutes from ordering to receiving. As a professional Restaurant and Food reviewer. I give this location 5 stars.

The quantity of french fries was ridiculous for the price. I remember before I used to order one large for three people and it was enough. Today, three mediums was barely enough. It was like a medium at like Wendy's or some other cheaper fast food, but I paid over 20 dollars just for these fries. I was always told at your restaurants that a medium was enough for 2 or so people, yet 3 was barely enough for 3 people. I'm extremely disappointed with this waste of money.I ordered 3 meals through Doordash, the fries were cold, one of the sandwiches was dry and had no taste at all. Adding to that, the seal on the bag was loose. It's very disappointing.

We been sitting for 2o minutes and no body came to ask if we are ready to order. First we came in and the girl 8n the front said go seat. Them wait for a menu and another couple shows they have better services they been sitting and have menus. I have to ask for themFirst time and never again poor services. We left the place and went to another restaurant.
