Never disappoints always great quality and service
We had party of 7 subs are ok however my son just wanted mayo and cheese on bread we got all the subs and ate and still was waiting on his bread and mayo then after a while and asking 3 times for it they bring out the wrong sub ridiculous people working here can’t follow or even get a kids item out in a timely manner
I’ve gone to fire house subs and a lot of other locations and this one is not good AT ALL. The sandwiches at every other firehouse subs are nicely put together the ham is cut thin, Bacon is crispy . This location does a very poor job. I ordered for pick up through Uber eats And I am in disbelief that I just paid $10 for this!
I had a excellent time at Firehouse. The manager was nice and professional.
They don't have the wavy fries available. For the 5 were great.

Amazing Catering Service! I just had to write a review about my experiences with the Kendall location. I've placed a number of catering orders for office events, and even a school booster club event, and Rafael (store manager) ALWAYS takes care of me. He makes it his personal duty to make sure my order is prepared perfectly and on time. His team at the store is awesome. The presentation and freshness of the food is always on point, and the delivery is never late. These things are so important to me because I'm ordering lunches for clients and upper level execs sometimes. I always know I'm making a great choice with Firehouse. But I need to touch again on how amazing Rafael is. I've never met a more pleasant store manager to work with, and honey, I have worked with them ALL from Homestead to Miami Beach. Even when I have an issue that is an inconvenience to the store and EXPECT to have an issue that I DESERVE, Rafael just makes it work. You can hear his smile through the phone and he often drives my orders to the office his self! What more can you really ask for?
Unbelievable. I will NEVER go here again. I had a TMOBILE promo that entitled me to a free medium sub. With a purchase. Needless to say, they didn’t honor it. When I showed the cashier my phone she gave me 3 excuses: we are not doing that today ; we don’t have enough bread; we can’t honor that. Come on people … that not right.
I tried going into the restaurant around 4pm to use a Tmobile offer I had but the restaurant was closed and no explanation from the manager as to why the restaurant was locked; Very disappointed.
