Portions are generous and service is fast! Best spot around for authentic Israeli cuisine ??????

Hey y'all. Down here in North Miami having amazing delicious Israeli cuisine. If any of you ever leave your zip code you should definitely check it out. It's definitely worth the drive and ask for Hadar. She's awesome!

The best Israeli food. Great value per what you pay

Etzel Itzik is a very cute deli. Absolutely packed when we got there and by the time we left, too. They start you off with multiple pickled veggies and salads in small dishes, so you fill up quite a bit before the food gets there. The food does come out quick - we ordered the kofta kebab entree with Israeli salad and roasted potatoes as well as their mint lemonade (super fresh). Except for the potatoes, we enjoyed everything we ate - it was probably the most tender kebab I’ve ever had. Only heads up is that they charge an automatic 18% gratuity. Other than that, it was a great experience -sitting inside, you could feel the history of the restaurant from all the pictures hung up around the restaurant and on the table tops. Would definitely recommend.

Some of the best and most authentic cuisine. So delicious and the staff are attentive and helpful. I'll be dreaming of their food for weeks to come.

Growing up there was a commercial which in part said "you can't eat atmosphere". This place isn't charming but the food is very authentic and tasty. When you arrive somebody comes to the table with a selection of tiny plates of little salads in the Moroccan tradition. The menu is big so there is really something for everyone. Platters which come with two side dishes are around $19, and there are also sandwiches in delicious fluffy pitas. We went with Kefta Kebabs and they were really good. Served with The type of pita you can only find in a Kosher supermarket or Israeli restaurant. Etzel Itzik is not very close to where I live. Otherwise I would go back soon either for eat in or take out which appears to be a popular option. Recommend to anyone who likes this style of food. Very, very tasty.

The food was great and the atmosphere is very authentic! Feels like back home in Israel. And the portions are so big all diners are leaving with "to go" bags ?

Whenever I get a chance to go to Etzel Itzik I have an amazing experience. One of these places that you can get a table for one but never feel alone. It's always seems to me that everyone knows everyone there and the atmosphere is incredible. The owner ,(itzik) makes everyone who walks in feel like they are visiting family and not going to a restaurant. The food is always fresh and there is something for everyone. I love the Israeli breakfast and the "sabich" pita (if you like egplants it's a must!!!Evry day they have a special dish for lunch. Very authentic dishes that are very hard to find. The service is very friendly and fast. No wonder this place is always packed. Do yourself a favor and stop by there. I guarantee it will not be your last time. ?????

Undoubtedly, best middle eastern restaurant in South Florida. Authentic middle eastern food served in humble surroundings in a shopping center on the side of Dixie highway. But what is lacking in ambiance makes up for in the food. From marinated vegetables to succulent pieces of lamb cooked overnight in oven food is amazing. Service is attentive and fast. Don't miss it.

The food is not good anymore.Prices are crazy high. And no reason. It's not Kosher,It's not tastyAnd it's in a middle of a ghetto.Don't go there
