The kitchen is on fire! Service makes you feel super rushed. They need to lean back and let people enjoy. I wish they had an a La cart menu as I would go back. But instead it is a one and done. We also donât mind paying for good food, but the amount of food you get for the price is not a good value, but it was exceptional. Also they donât have a wines by the glass menu, so I ordered a glass of Moët as they said that is all they could do that eveningâthey only poured a half a glass and it was 35 dollars. The cost of the bottle in the store. Value for money not there, but the food is worth going for once!

Having dined at quite a few Michelin star restaurants around the world, we were so excited that Michelin came to Miami and recognized El Cielo. The entire experience was fantastic from the moment we were greeted at the entrance to the very last course. Service a superb and attentive without being over bearing. Michelin made the right choice with this one! Well deserved!
If you are bored with fine dining, try chocotherapy here! Love how proud the chef is towards Columbian heritage and integrate a lot of whimsical details into the whole experience.
