The restaurants are nice the food truck was not. Took way to long to get food. So popular the phone orders outweighed the physical customers so it was a 30 min wait once the order was placed. There should be two staffs, but they don't care they take your mo ey upfront on the order and you stand around a gas station for half an hour.Take my number and text me while I wait in my car..be innovated don't just make us stand around.

Ordered 3 times in a week, 2 time out of 3 were fine nothing amazing about it. Third time i ordered almost $100 worth of food. Everything arrived COLD, meat was either undercooked or overcooked, missing side orders, soggy and greasy fried food. This is the best part though, when calling the restaurant and respectfully voicing my concerns I was met with excuses and a rude employee. She then proceeded to hang up and stop taking calls. Don't think ill be eating here ever again after years of coming here sad to see this place go downhill.
Had dinner tonight and had the pleasure of having Taimy as our waitress. She really made the experience outstanding. Can’t wait to come back. I will definitely request her.
Extremely disappointed. The sandwich with churrasco had no flavor if you like the taste of raw bread with chewy meat this is the place to go. The fries were extremely over fried and soggy. Asked for medium rare got served medium well. Only giving it a two star rating because the steak is decent but for a Brazilian restaurant the owners or staff aren’t Brazilian what a shame.
Please will someone explain the purpose of a menu yes I know it’s a dumb question but I ask because it really pains me to put a one star. I’ve been coming here for 6 years. But today has been really crazy. Trust me your not going to believe this one. The cook only want to serve what he wanted at the temperature he wanted. To the point he argued with the other employees. The lady that took my order was super nice and embarrassed by that guys demeanor towards her in front of me and other customers. Mind you I drove from homestead to order a food my lovely wife wanted. The cook didn’t want to make my sons chicken tacos because he didn’t feel like cooking chicken. The lady had to improvise to make my son happy. Mind you she’s not the cook. But she had to cook one of my meal because he didn’t want to. He over cooked the meals. Everything was well done and if anyone loves steaks like I do you order it medium not well
Ok so I was there last night and I ordered two special of 1Lb churrasco and two sides for $20. I asked for one well-done and one medium-well. I paid and notice after that it didn’t add up I got charged for two specials for 1/2Lb churrasco and two sides instead which goes for about$15-$16. I went to tell the lady and she went to check her order receipt and came back and told me that ordered 1/2Lbs like putting the blame on me and I said no I asked for two 1lb specials so I paid the difference and she went and told the cook in Spanish that I changed the order and she charged me the difference. I waited for over 45 mins which was more then expected which is ok expect that money people who came and ordered after us got their food before us. So my order was ready asked to make sure that the meat was 1Lb each order and they said yes when I got home I went straight to weigh the meat in its container and all and they was under weight 16oz = 1Lbs I should have gotten a total of 32 oz and received 26.6oz as you can see in the pictures with the container and all. That is in total 5.4 oz less maybe more without the weight of the containers which might add a little more. That is almost 1/2Lb missing ( 1/2 Lb is 8oz) so that was that I also received one of the meats well done which I asked for and the other was just 90% burnt and nasty u literally just taste the burnt when u tried to eat it. I’ve been here before and never experience this before was completely unsatisfied. I’ve even been to the restaurant on 88th street and have had good experiences before and brought and told people about this place.I was just overall disappointed with this food truck location and food served.
Not worth it! Missing items from order and food quality bad! Burnt maduros…. But like burnt black! Yuck. All the food was cold. The Churrasco steak was fatty and more like bad carne asada. Not the best quality meat. Only a few cold, thin strip like, pale slices of meat & a small thin chicken breast with all sides missing. We paid almost $80 with uber eats for a very yucky meal. I could have ordered 6-7 much better hot meals from Sergio’s for that price! Manchego croquetas were a small portion, cold and missing the best part, the guava sauce. Also they throw the maduros after frying on the styrofoam and it melts onto the food. Trying to give us cancer without a liner in there. Stay away! Do not recommend! If you want overpriced low quality cold food and lots of missing items go there. Thanks but NO THANKS! ??
I ordered on Uber eats basically all the sides we’re missing. French fries, both salads, black beans and corn on the cob all missing. So disappointing. This is my second and last time ordering from this place. I’m pregnant and I really wanted corn and a salad and so sad it didn’t come after waiting for it. The filet mignon didn’t look appetizing (see pic), it was well well done instead of medium well.
