Horrible service and bad customer service. This food truck across from Dadeland Station has the worst customer service. The manager only gives you 2 extremely small chimichurri sauces. I bought 1 pound of churrasco beef with 2 sides for $21 (plus the tip I gave them when I first paid) and the lady would not give me extra sauces for all that meat! I kindly explained to her that the 2 minute cuban coffee cups was too little to hold the sauce for so much meat and she said it is company policy to only give 2 sauces per order. If I wanted more I had to pay $.50 for each additional cup. If was extremely disappointing, to say the least. At that moment I wanted to take back my tip, however I ended up paying $.50 for all the additional sauces I bought. For her to be the manager she has no customer service skills what's so ever. When I go to the actual restaurant I get at least 4 small cups of sauces. Nevertheless, this food truck's serves no purpose in satisfying the customer. I will not be going back there anytime soon. I order 3 steak tacos, the smallest tacos ever. The meat was good, and juicy. Price was reasonable. I did not see horchata in the menu, no horchata is not a mexican place.Parking- EnoughPremises- Seats are limited, but I was able to eat in my car.Waiter/Host- Nice lady.Note: King David the food critic will not return as I need to visit more restaurants.
It was my first experience trying out this food truck; I order and filet mignon special (bacon wrapped and medium rare) , a pichana sandwich (medium rare) and there churros and it was BADASS ! Will be coming here again ?
Paid $30 for three meat entrée, only received two, and one of them wasn’t even the one I ordered. Chicken appeared to be partially raw. It hurt me as a loyal customer.
My boyfriend and I have been coming to this food truck for 4+ years and have never been as dissatisfied as we were today. He usually orders from there every Tuesday and picks up on his way home. The people there know us and one guy even knows me by name. Today he picked up an order and asked for extra sauce LIKE WE ALWAYS DO and the female worker had the audacity to ask him if he has 50 cents for the sauce. Mind you it was pouring down rain and she couldn't just give him one sauce! We've never been charged for sauces before and it's the principle, not the money
Meat is good had the churasco with rice and beans. The good truck is affordable and the portions are good.
Waited 20 minutes for my order, only to be told that they didn’t make it, and I would have to wait another 20 if I still wanted the food. Great food, but not good for a quick meal during a lunch break.
Great food and amazing service! Milagro, thank you for a wonderful night!!
I hope their shortcomings are due to being a food truck because if the other locations serve the same food I’m dumbfounded how they’re still in business.Ordered a total of 6 tacos, all of the tortillas broke apart in 3 sections between the time of the food being handed to me and walking to their outdoor seating to eat.The food is VERY salty. I’m not one to watch my sodium intake, but my hands and feet were swollen the next day.Churasco, chorizo, and Picanha tacos—all were especially salty.Their fryer was down and much of the menu was unavailable. If you’re looking for good tacos, steer clear from this location. El Taquito in Coconut Grove has some of the best Tacos I’ve had ANYWHERE.
Ordered the chicken tacos, and two appetizers, paid $30 and the order arrived late and cold.Even if they had arrived on time and Hot we still had the following issues:The chorizo croquetas were burnt and tasted like oil.Same thing for the yuca bites, oily. The tacos had little scoops of dry, barely seasoned chicken. It's safe to say that nothing here looks like it did in their menu, I would advise anyone dining here to go elsewhere and ignore their misleading menu.
