I visited this one time. Will never come back. Service was subpar. Meat was all over cooked port chunks, skirt steak was more like a boot and very small for the price. Salad was nothing but dry lettuce, tomatoes and onions. No napkins offered. Had to ask for more water. Asked for ice they had none. I visited this place because it has 4.5 stars. How?.
This small neighborhood restaurant is amazing. The food is delicious with lots of flavor. The “cafe con leche” is spot on. The staff is friendly and very engaged. We will definitely be coming back!!!
Modest hole in wall diner. Great food for super cheap. If you like Enriquetas definitely will LOVE this. Gets a lot of foot traffic during lunch. Can't beat the quality for the price!!
Checked out this place a few times while visiting Miami since it was close to my accommodations. Each time I went I was enjoyed what I had more and more. Between two breakfast meals and a dinner, I had the chicken and waffles (delicious and you can choose a wing or strips), the Baja special (one meat, eggs, and toast, plus toast and coffee), the steak and eggs breakfast, roasted pork sandwich (so juicy!), and a papaya smoothie (refreshing). The staff were friendly and definitely speaking a bit of Spanish would have helped some with placing my orders, but that experience varied depending on the day/person.All in all, I'd definitely recommend for breakfast, lunch, or an early dinner.
What an amazing experience I had with el Bajareque. First let me start by saying their customer service is amazing. They may be a small Restuarant but I have nothing but amazing things to say about the food and their quality of service. The food…. Omg. To die for. Talk about authentic puertorican food.I am from Mass. Never been to the Restuarant but was refer. I was looking for someone to cater my party for 20 people in Miami. Again beyond amazing. They made all the food from appetizers, salads to main course meal. Everyone LOVED their food.Thank you to Pricilia, Jenski and staff for your amazing work. Looking forward to stoping by in my future Trips to miami.❤️❤️❤️
Great food & service. We stop here every time we are in town.
I ordered food for 10 people for noche Buena a d paid over $100. When I picked up food it was portion for about 5 or 6 people and they couldn't care less. I had ordered before a knew I was getting cheated as soon as I saw the size of the trays. The food was not taste good at all. It was very surprising to me. They ruined my noche buenasNever again.
My go to for PR food. This restaurant has all the iconic classic dishes of the island.Their Jivarito sandwich is AMAZING.The ambiance is very layback and 0 pretentious. Service is fast and cordial. With that said, you are not going there for fine cuisine, you are going there to have a authentic experience. We had the fish and the pork jivarito, both of them were delicious. They also had a chair for my baby, it was every much appreciated.I will highly recommended but please lower your expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised.
The food was very good. Low key casual dining. I just wish they were friendlier and more welcoming. A family owned business. Even when I called trying to verify their hours of business - they were rude. Too bad.
Great food! Lechon asado was juicy and tender. Tres leches was yummy. Will come back
