Stopped by for a quick lunch. They many lunch specials for under $10. Good food and service
One of the best restaurants overall in miami. The food has amazing flavor, the service is top-notch and the vibes in the place are just great.
I was truly disappointed. The place looks great but unfortunately not worth the experience. On top of the almost an hour wait for my food, it was extremely salty. We received most of our order and one was still missing. When we asked if it was ready they said yes, but still took another 15 minutes to serve it. The worst part of it all, was the unexpected price of $104 for a seafood platter. The food was not even worth half of it, since it was so salty it was unbearable. I can truly say that I was scammed for a seafood platter that was more expensive than any high end restaurant in Miami. I would not recommend this place at all. The gallopinto was also very salty that it could not be eaten at all. I would not ever pay another $200 for a dinner here again.
Great service, excellent food, fair pricing. Clean establishment.
Good food. Avoid it during peak hours. Staff is disorganized.
This review is to help future consumers, non locals/ tourist to have a better experience at this restaurant. I would like to start by saying that the food is not of high quality for what you pay. We order a seafood soup and the waitress suggested we add a lobster and fish filet. We proceeded to ordering her suggestion. We ordered 6 rice pupusas ( which is the minimum requirement for the order of rice pupusas). When the pupusas arrived they were hard and crunchy, not enough filling inside, and low quality flavour. The bill was a ridiculous amount. We ended up paying $60+ U.S.D for just the soup and $5 for each pupusas, and two horchatas. Tip was automatically added to the bill, making it a total of $145 for two people. I wouldn’t mind paying this much had the food been of better quality and taste. The soup was overly salty, I told them about them about the saltiness and the waitress took it back. But it seemed as though they had only added boiled water to the soup. The pupusas were disgusting! Don’t waste your money like I did at this place !!! The $145 usd converted into Canadian was a very wasteful $181.00I would also like to note, the waitress should be stating the rate of her suggestion as it was not in the menu. I didn’t ask how much extra it was going to be because I assumed it couldn’t possibly be more than $15 which is standard in my experience. I completely got ripped off.
Service was not good, there were mistakes with the order (drinks and food). We asked for a large parillada, meat was supposed to be cooked medium and we received well done, then they brought us straight up seared raw meat. It's a lot of money and you get little portions. Worst of all, it gave everyone diarrhea.
Food is fine but they are now charging 20-50 for central American food. Add that to the horrible service and this place is a no go for me. Will not be returning. You'll be better off going to Versailles or LA Carreta
Well this has changed a lot of the years, it went from a kind of a El Salvadorian Style Diner, to a kind of night club. Food is still good, staff is friendly and fast, but they're online system is weird its only in Spanish (which I don't speak) and it doesn't always work.
Good food but pretty expensive and the servers got busy and distracted
