Just ok...not that I was expecting a NY bagel, but the bagel taste like nothing...didn't feel "fresh" even heated. The egg and sausage were nooked in the microwave and it all felt like a dunking donuts remake. OJ was fresh and delicious and employees courteous and friendly.
Staff was rude. Register guy was inpatient. Screamed at me while we were asking questions. On top of all that gave me the wrong bagel even though I repeated it several times. Highly disappointed in this establishment. Loosing people because staff is rude and does not care about customers concerns.
The stuff is horrible, they have no intention to serve customer even when it’s slow .

Each Friday I go and treat myself to my favorite six cheese bagel. But today I realize why spend my hard working money in an establishment that treats you extremely poor. The Cashier and the two food staff are aggressive, combative and just simply disrespectful. I politely asked the cashier to toast my bagel since the last order I place all 3 bagels weren’t toasted. Last week I arrived at the office and notice all bagels were cold and simply didn’t taste good. So today I asked just to make sure I didn’t get a cold bagel again, the cashier rolled her eyes and mumbled something to the other staff. Service is horrible and the attitude of all staff are unacceptable, retrained on customer service. Staff are making sure you end up with zero customer at your store. Hire staff that want to the job and enjoy interacting with people!!!!!
Where to start. There was only 4 people in the store and it still took us over 30 min to get our food. They were out of eggs and ham. The guy making the food seemed like it was 1st day. Didn’t know where the food was or how to read the screen. They even turned away a Doordash delivery guy because he would have had to get in line to pick up.
Great location but terrible service!!! The store was empty, only two people in the store and took 10min to get my suppose to be HOT bagels sandwich. Which ended up being COLD! I wanted to complain, but why bother when you have a very very RUDE cashier. Wish I would've gotten her name, because it was mostly the cashier attitude. So yeah if you do consider going to this location have patience.For the employees, you are at a busy location, if you don't feel like working then STAY HOME OR FIND A NEW JOB!!!!
I usually love Einstein bagels and they usually have good staff, however this location’s staff is horrible. The cashier was on her phone while taking our order, the person preparing our food gave us the wrong items and both were rude, aggressive, and very very unwelcoming.
Such kind and friendly staff, great atmosphere, EXCELLENT coffee and hot tip: extra free parking lot off Oxford. Just walk through the back of the complex from the parking lot. My favorite is an oat milk Brad Pitt which is iced but topped with hot foam! Also, I buy my Stumptown bags of coffee from them and they freshly grind the beans for me into espresso. Oh, and they have Stumptown nitro cold brew on tap. Amazing!
Have been a customer at this location since it opened but the service has been horrible lately, the young lady making the orders is beyond RUDE! and is not a good representation for this company and service they typically provide.
