At the Airport, Einstein Bros. Is always a great place for breakfast, loving the bagels and s good coffee ☕ Early flight, this place is great for a good awaking!
Horrible service. Coughing, wiping snot and handling food. No masks on. Took over 15 mins to get a simple bagel. Everyone working there looked absolutely miserable.
Worst Experience Ever!! Every Einstein Bros I have visited has been efficient and friendly. This was not the case at this location. It seemed to take 5 people to do the job of 2. People were waiting for drinks for 10 min or longer. This is an AIRPORT location. Onus should be on speed. Far from it!
Should have listened to the reviews. The cashier woman seemed very angry. My order was everything bagel with 2 sides of cream cheese. What I received was an absolute mess.
Total disorganization and lack of any kind of urgency by employees. Every employee seemed annoyed to be there. Cashier had an attitude with all customers rolling her eyes nonstop. It took 40 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese. Horrible!!
Inexcusably slow. After ordering we waited 17 minutes for our order of 3 bagels with cream cheese and then were forced to abandon them to board a flight. Orders were coming out very slowly - about a name called every 2 minutes.Each bagel with cream cheese is about $4.
Should've read the reviews....Loud and somewhat irate staff, recieved the wrong food after waiting for 20 minutes. The bagels that we got, were soggy and the cream cheese was the most fluid cream cheese ive had the displeasure of eating. Too bad. No bueno.
Most inefficient EB ever. Got the order wrong. Total wait time 30 minutes. 30 disgruntled customers waiting for their orders. Someone higher up in the corporation needs to understand that this is a reflection on their company and not just this particular Einstein.
Todays visit was the worst service I have ever received. The two women that worked the front counter initially lied to me and said that they opened at 6:00 a.m. as I was approaching the counter. Lucky for me my gate was right beside this “establishment”. Literally 3 minutes after walking away (5:16 a.m), from my gate I see customers receiving service. I got up and got in line once again and the “manager” took my order at 5:31 a.m. My order consisted of an apple juice and bagel with no cream cheese. After 15 minutes of watching customers that ordered after me get their order.. I kindly reminded the young lady that I was waiting on my bagel. She then replied “well you have to wait it goes in order of when the orders were taken”. I then told her that I understood that and that customers were getting their orders. She walked away with no further help. 5:59 a.m comes around at this point I’m over it and I ask for a refund. When requesting the refund I ask for her manager. She tried to process my refund without reaching out to her manager. I still requested the manager seeing that it was her that initially took my order. When she came from the back she shocked obviously to see that I was still there. She asked the cashier what happened so the woman responded that “someone must of picked up her order”. Mind you I stood at the pick up counter the whole time. They called everyone by the name that was on their card, not once was my name called. I was so shocked as to how the manager had the same nonchalant attitude as the cashier. Neither was apologetic. The cashier had the worst attitude the entire time! That is not one that I would want representing my business. I understand finding good customer service nowadays is rare and very far and few between…. But seriously why have attitude so early in the morning at a place you choose to work everyday? All and all horrible experience, I do not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned coin here! Yes, they could have just made the bagel on the spot however the damage had been done.
Don't! Just don't. After standing and waiting for 30 minutes for them to open at 2pm in the afternoon. They still aren't open after an hour's wait. Even though they knew I was waiting for them to open. Nobody offered to allow me to sit in their customer only chairs. And when I asked since it was now 2:15pm when they would be open...they simply shrugged their shoulders and said "I don't know?". So take my advise and just stay away.
