Checked their website. Said closes at 8; drive-up at 7. Pulled up to the drive-up at 6:05. Neon window sign said “OPEN”. Waited 8 minutes. Drove around to the window. Girl was counting cash, and mouthed “closed”. I motioned to open the window, and told her about the website hours and the OPEN sign. She pointed to a small sign that said they close at 5 on Sundays. Great customer service!

Had a great experience. Good coffee. Saw a lady yelling at what I’m assuming it was the manager she had great de-escalation techniques feel bad that she got yelled at also the cashier was super nice and food and drinks came out in under 4 minutes. Love this Dunkin’ go to for my ice coffee daily!

I live no less than a 100 feet from this location and I have lived there for about 4 years now and when I tell you every single time I come to this location it’s just absolute trash The workers always seem nice . But move at the pace of molasses I left my house at 10:28 to get a coffee and with only 2 vehicles in front of me it’s now 10:48 am and I am now leaving . INCREDIBLE HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS . And look at this 10 minutes for a heated up item !!!!! Insane HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE

I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts at least three times a week for the last six years. Today’s experience was the worst, the cashier at the drive-through was very rude she was very nasty. She told me that unfortunately she does not read peoples mind. By mistake she gave my coffee to the car in front of me, he took off then came back and returned it because he got the wrong coffee so I kindly asked her to make me a new one she took it to the back and gave me the same coffee. Her name is Yolanda employee # 98926 at store number 349618. I will never go back there again. My advise is for everyone not to go to this store.

Someone in management or the owner of this particular franchise needs to look into training the staff on how to be patient,, courteous, and helpful. Hiring short tempered, and angry employees is not a good look for the company. I left and I’m willing to pay more for better service at Starbucks. You all can do better.

I was looking for a box of donuts on Friday. I visited the place in Kendall Dr. next to Turnpike express way but It was closed after 6pm.Then I continued looking for the next place. Finally, I was able to get donuts from the restaurant in US-1& 80th St., South Miami. They are open until 7pm.Ladies at front-desk were very nice and were helping me all the time.My favorite donut is the french, but it is temporary discontinued. The parking lot in this place is not so big. They have a drive-thru option too .The restaurant allow to eat in o take out. They are following Covid 19 safety rules.

2pm on a Tuesday afternoon and they only have 2 donut types; glazed & old fashion. Really disappointing. Plus they have a car parked blocking the drive through. Guess it's thier way of letting customers know the drive through is closed.

Friendly service, but each time I visit the tables are crumby and dirty. I recently cut my foot on one of the many broken metal chairs. Be careful if you sit in the tall chairs. Most have jagged metal where the footrest used to be. They need new chairs because the current ones are really dangerous.

I went to this dunkin for about a year straight almost every single day and never had issues (precovid) they knew my order and were just so friendly thanks to Yolanda and Edwin. Then now i feel like my order hasnt been right in forever and the service is just not great. I hope that they get better with this.

If it's not the long lines, it's the lobby area not open to the public, or just poor...POOR customer service! I'm aware the workers are limited but omg! The saving grace is Yolanda! She is so sweet and kind! More like her PLEASE!
