I grew up in this area and when I travel to see family & friends, I stop at this dunkin' location. I must give a great review for the young man that works in the driver-thru in the early AM he's always customer friendly and has great patience.
Horrible experience!!Terrible tasting coffee charged extra for caramel flavor that we didn't even receive. Trash customer service. The workers refused to give us a refund even though we brought the coffee back five minutes later with a receipt.
At this point shut down and refocus or retraining the staff. You staff is disengage and clearly choose to be petty rather communicate effectively. This location creates a negative impact on the entire Dunkin Donuts brand and its truly disgusting. If their personality is disgusting, hard to believe their hygienic with the products.
So this morning I go and order my breakfast and ask for 2 diet cokes. I get to the window and pay and after all that the girl goes oh we don't have diet Coke so I said no problem can I have a refund then. After 2 minutes she comes back and says her manager is not here so she can not give me a refund but could give me Coke instead.I just took 2 bottles of water since they could not do a refund.
Very bad attitude never NEVER HAVE COFFEE!! I FONT UNDERSTAND I STOOD THERE FOR 20 MIN FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THERE IS NO COFFEE THEN WHY ARE YOU GUYS OPEN! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Extremely slow service, pull up to the drive through and you literally wait 15 or 20 minutes before anyone says anything on the mic. It's ridiculous
Horrible customer service!! They will get your order wrong then ready to fight you when you correct them!! The manager will sit there and let these little girls get rowdy with customers!!! Be foreal !!
