The cook here puts her soul into the food, great quality for a fast food restaurant
These employees don’t want business and definitely know nothing about customer service. They have a habit of closing 5-10 minutes early and when you knock on the door they wave you off and tell you to leave. Actually, what do I expect from somebody in their 20s and 30s who works at Dunkin’ Donuts?
In the afternoon the lady that assists me is super sweet. No only that when I try to order a $1.89 drink and asked for almond milk they tried to charge me a dollar extra. I come here every afternoon and my total has been the same yet the morning staff try to argue with me. It doesn’t make sense that adding a splash of almond milk costs more than half the drink itself.They need to Make sure that all the staff are on the same page.
Three stars just to be nice but This location did not have a lots of different donuts to choose from and also very little flavors of ice cream.:( what happen
I order here frequently via the mobile app and my order is always ready and waiting for me.
I ordered a ice latte with Uber eat with this Dunkin Donuts adress and they sent me a black coffee with a little bit of milk. Super strong coffee. This is not a ice latte.
My family ate here four times while on vacation in Miami. I love how there's Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins together. The girls that work there deserve a raise because they are the greatest!
No outside seating, we had to sit next to smelly sleeping homeless man inside a few times already. Homeless come to sleep inside the store, and after closing they sleep outside. This shows that the owner doesn't care about what's going on with the store, meaning other issues are definitely overlooked and ignored as far as cleanliness and safety. Employees are nice.. sometimes..
Clean, service was good, prices good, friendly staff, delicious sesame seed bagel.
Quick and attentive service. I'm happy this location is here when i need it for a cold brew or iced coffee on a hot miami day.
