Why does it say they close at 5pm if they were already closed at 2pm? Waste of time.
Worst dunkin branch. My order wasn’t correct and the manager told me it was my fault for not ordering correctly when I had my receipt. The other time I went, they closed early and multiple people were waiting outside since they ordered through the app.
I came to pick up an online order, there's was this girl talking to the other male employee, she was really loud, then she saw me standing in there and instead of greeting me she just immediately asked what do you want? I told her that I ordered on line and she bang on a piece of paper on the side of the counter that says ubber or door dash order pick up at register.First of all I was not neither one and secondly that is not a way to greed costumers specially making them feel like they are stupid because they are not paying attention to what the piece of paper says, this place has the most horrible costumer service ever I always come here with all my colleagues, but instead I rather look for another place where I can be treated as a human being.
The Manager was Excellent but the 2 girls weren't to friendly that day!
This is the second time they don't listen when I order and something is missing from the order.
The worst they close at 6 and they refuse to give orders 20 mins before 6 . Very lazy workers .
The worst run branch I’ve ever been to. The first time I went, they were closed despite it being normal business hours for them and Google saying they were open. I tried again a few days later and the lights were on, there was a staff member inside preparing drinks and food. It was the morning and there was a group of hospital workers waiting at the door hoping to get served before their shift started, but the staff member had locked everyone out despite the fact that the store was supposed to be open for the day. She refused to acknowledge us waiting and would not communicate with us to tell us if she would serve us or not. After about 15 minutes (not sure how long the other people had been there), she came outside just to yell at us and say she wasn’t taking any more orders. The rudeness and inefficiency was shocking
They are very typically out of the common donuts after 2pm. When they do have them I like to get Boston cremes but they run out very early in the day.I also like to get a frozen coffee when I go but they are very hit or miss. Either they will taste great or they will taste very wrong. I haven't found any pattern or explanation so it's been a roll of the dice. But when they do taste good, it is worth it.
Even their coffee will give you a boost of energy. Guys, you're the best!
Make sure you get there early if you have a specific type of donut you want! Other than that usually pretty fast with service
