I went 2 weeks ago, and they were already not serving food a whole hour before closing time and I just went yesterday, and they were completely closed a whole hour before closing time. Other customers arrived behind me hoping to order, but also had to leave. Very poor and sad way to run a business. Run the place properly or close the place down. Hire better management as well. It’s sad to see this on Biscayne where people are constantly driving by and is always busy with traffic. Don’t recommend ordering from here.
I usually don't write reviews. This place is bad. Horrible service . Surprised still running. Employee close the dining room whenever They want. I come in at 9:10 am and been told that the dining room is closed because the manager say so. I have seen unprofessional behavior in this place before but I was doing the monkey 3 rules ???. But i will never come back again to this place.
These employees are wonderful they are working since 5am and there is only 2 of them doing all the shores there are no other staff… they went the extra mile and helped me get donuts for my son birthday at their closing time. Feeling extremely grateful that there are people like them out there keeping the business going.!!!! 03/31/22 this 2 employees deserve a token of appreciation
They don’t know how to make drinks so unless you’re ordering coffee black, don’t go here. I ordered a caramel macchiato hot and they served it to me cold and then when they remade it they gave me a warm cup of milk. Wasted money and a waste of time. Management needs to find people who know what they’re doing.
Good Dunkin, but Drive-thru and parking has a design flaw. Once the drive-thru is full and people are parked, there is no way to get out unless someone moves over or the parking is cleared.
This crew at this Dunkin Donuts is AMAZING! Great service with pleasant, pleasing personalities is what you need to feel at 6:00 am ok? The store Manager, Jeffrey is next level! Never seen anything like it before? Had the nerve to say the catch phrase with a smile? So kind, had ME saying it too!!! That avacado toast- the bomb…
The service was ok, with a couple of exceptions, I ordered a small coffee, but was given a medium size cup, and when I said that wasn't what I ordered, I was told it was, but with another exception, my sister was in the car and witnessed my request. Also, the hash browns are awful ? They are super salty and taste like they've been cooked in motor oil ? That's at every DDs we've visited.
Of all the Dunkin’s in the world this has to be the worst one. I don’t care if there is one or five cars in the drive thru you’re waiting 20-30 min. It’s as if they find the most unqualified unintelligent people so that they can pay the peanuts to work here. It’s a sad world, and this is an even sadder excuse for a dunkin. Anything is better than this place. Gas station coffee, Starbucks. I literally started writing this review after waiting 10 min in the drive thru and 20 min later still waiting. There was one car in line when I got here so I thought it couldn’t be too bad. It was worse.
I went inside and a new female traine took my Kiser. She was very sweet and took care of my order fairly quickly. I ordered my coffee but there is no way u can go there without picking up a donut. So I was less naughty and just ate half my ? ??
