One of the people at the front treated us rudely when we asked for 4 identical croissant sandwich’s and she said, “I’m sorry, but this isn’t Burger King”. We can’t do that”. She compared the place to Burger King, which was across the street from where we were. The nerve of that women! She should get fired. And she wouldn’t hold our order so I can get my money from my house.
Pick the breakfast to take home ask 3 times for what I wanted, got home nothing that I asked for was there when I went to the store I asked for the manager somebody named Edward he really wasn't too concerned that his people were not taking care of the customers so at least in that store if you still wanna shop there make sure you look before you drive away terrible service Starting with the manager.

Extremely rigid with coupons , would not offer any customer service for a coupon expired ONE day, I used to extend offers for one day and management was ok with that, a nice free birthday drink would have made my day, I won’t be coming back here.
Juliet the girl with the blue hair is amazing very sweet and extremely helpful we need more people in customer service like her. Wish she come work for me
I have gone here many times before. The donuts here are usually pretty fresh and taste okay. I have never had a problem customer service-wise either, but I had to take one star off my review due to the huge line and time it takes to get in and out of the drive-through.
Woman who works at 10:50pm on Sunday December 26 2021, she got my order wrong THREE TIMES!!! She started yelling at me as if it was my fault even though she said she put my matcha tea in the blender, it was iced. I had to speak Spanish to her for her to respect what I was saying. You need better employees
This place is constantly full which should be a good sign but unfortunately it is in a great location but with terrible service and a surprising lack of donuts for a place that has donut in its name. What a waste of time going there. If I could put zero stars I would this place is a waste of space they can change this location to a landfill and it would be a better use of the space and possibly have more donuts. If you’re looking for anything Dunkin’ related besides that sugar water they call coffee you will not find it here
JFC that coffee was horrible . Got the same coffee I get at any other Dunkin location. So explain how these came out tasting like boiled dirt water
Store hours say 5am-12am,was in the parking lot until 5.12am nobody showed up to open store. America runs on time not on Dunkin.
