There are some MAJOR issues with this store! I use the app to order ahead 99% of the time and what happens way too often is I order something at home (2-3 minutes away) and get to the store to find that what I ordered isn’t available and there’s no way for them to refund my money from a mobile order, so I’m left to choose a replacement for what I or someone in my family wanted (or worse, not even be told and get home to a completely different order because someone else decided say a croissant would be a good replacement for hash browns.) The mobile app and the stores need to have standards for when this happens and a refund should definitely be available if I’ve ordered something that’s not available!!Always double check your order here as I’ve had lots of mistakes, especially with drink orders - hot instead of iced, coffee instead of tea, and very inconsistent amounts of flavorings/sugar in the drinks. The food is pretty good however and that’s primarily what I get here.This store gets super busy and the drive through is rough in the mornings, often trailing out into the street. The parking lot can thus be a nightmare. They close at random times, even though they’re supposed to be open until 8pm, often the inside is closed but the drive through is open in the mornings, leading to even longer lines and 20-30+ minute waits in the drive through! If this store wasn’t so close, I’d rarely go there.

Tried this place 3 times, either their closed, earlier than stated or they only have Boston Crème. Kinda weird for a donut shop not to have donuts. Girl in the drive thru had to much attitude and felt like she was rushing me. Not happy with the service.
Drive through is super slow, (10 min lines) phone number does not work. Food is fresh
Went to this brand new location in West Kendall on SW. 142nd Ave. Very clean store. Nice staff. And they had my favorite donut, which is not available at most Dunkin’ Donuts, toasted coconut!
I love Dunkin Donuts but this location has given me issues so many times. They close at 8 PM most days but will clean their ovens at 4 PM so for the last 4 hours you can only get drinks or donuts. No hot food at all. Also, I've gone a few times around 4-5PM and this location is completely closed yet their online business hours still say 8 PM. I know that it's been hard for locations to find staffing, but if this is the case then it's the responsibility of management to change the hours of operation so that there aren't 5 cars circling the drive thru thinking they're open when no one is inside.
The employees who take the order are unprofessional, rude and they don't even acknowledge what you Said the first time even though it would be a drive through or at the counter.Front entrance is closed on a Saturday at 12:30 in the afternoon.Find a better dunkin donuts, this is a waste of time.
The wait can be long for drive through but what do you expect with how cramped their parking lot is. They try their best and for what its worth their food is great.
Would rate it less than one star if I could. Opens at 5 am but locks their doors and makes you go through the drive through even if you have a mobile to go order. Wasted money ordering food and had to leave because they wanted to make me go through the long drive through for the food that was already waiting for me inside. Ridiculous. Do better
They always get my order right and are super fast.
