Yesterday evening my friend Sarah had bought me a small original blend coffee that had ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER inside of the coffee but didn't notify her about it and whoever it was that made the coffee caused me to have an allergic reaction due to the fact that I have MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS!!!!! I'm thankful that I had my EPIPEN with me if not who knows what would have happened !!! NEXT TIME ASK THE CUSTOMERS WHAT KIND OF SUGAR THEY WOULD LIKE INSIDE OF THEIR COFFEE!!!! YOU CAN COST SOMEONE'S LIFE!!!
The inconsistency of this place is truly immaculate. If you go to this Dunkin and don’t run into some kind of problem whether it’s the staff takes a long time or your order is slightly messed up, buy a lottery ticket. I will always come back here because I love Dunkin and the staff is friendly just very inconsistent with the food which results in a bad experience like a bagel with cream cheese with no cream cheese.With love, do better. ❤️
This dunkin has had its share of challenges. Staff turn over is high and the ones that are there always seem stressed. So when they dont make the items correctly, its not shocking or a huge deal....just dont drive off before you taste everything. 2 weeks ago, we got a refresher with no syrup....TODAY, I got hash browns that were burnt and I'm no kidding, a chicken crossaint stuffer that was frozen. NOT incorrectly warmed....as in not heated at all.....sadly, I forgot to check before leaving....I wonder how long in the microwave for a frozen solid chicken crossaint stuffer?
Always great Coffee & Service, but lately a lot of new people. Yesterday the Original coffee freshly made in the Decaf maker because he didn't want to throw away the old Original, but it tasted like old burnt coffee! I don't think he rinsed it our or emptied all of it. I took 3-4 sips & threw the whole cup away! From Now On I'm tasting before I leave!!
I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ forever now and I officially stopped going because of the lack of professionalism and respect that these employees have. I’m so shocked that corporate hasn’t done anything to this franchise to better help. I will never be going here again. This is why Starbucks is superior! Quality over anything else and corporate actually cares about what consumers say. Peace out dunkin
This Dunkin is by far the worst Dunkin I have been to unfortunately they do not have any good customer service nore care for there customers as employes that quit long ago from that same store we can vouch and say we did our best while the manger continued to run a dictatorship with his sister aswell giving her privileges and rights of a manager just because of a family ties very inconsiderate workmanship and very poor leadership by far the worst Dunkin management branch there has been in Florida I will be contacting corporate to finalize my complaint (warning) do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts)
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Manager was super rude to employees and is so unprofessional cursing in front of them this place needs help. this is the only dunkin I like coming to but now I’m going to be switching locations!!!! This place needs a whole new management and needs to get it together. I hope they manager gets fired.

The staff at this location has a very bad habit of closing the store half and hour before or even earlier . There’s not one time I go and they don’t tell me they’re not serving coffee anymore , they only have donuts available because it’s too late .I would never buy those donuts can you imagine how saggy and old they are? Probably been sitting there the whole day or longer . If they don’t even want to serve or make coffee , whatever they say they have probably sucks . So no thank you .Honestly management should look into this or corporate, whoever can put an end to such terrible customer service . Losing so many customers and money !
I enjoy an iced matcha latte and an apple fritters. The experience was great
