This review is based on my experience today May 8, 2022 at 12:50. this new crew needs to be retrained in professionalism. Laughing and complaining about customers orders is no bueno. One of the dunkinteers, has been here for a min so he should know better but he was acting like a fool with the rest. Dunkin’ please make sure you advise your male employees to pull up their pants, I don’t want to see underwear while you’re making my avocado toast.
2nd time at this location - same girl working again. I ordered a Caramel Cappuccino single shot and she refused to listen to the cashier about it, I realized this when she handed me my drink.The first time I came here, which was yesterday, she had a terrible attitude and messed it up or so I thought. Not now after the 2nd time here.No Caramel was added either time, btw.Will NOT come back and dislike that I have to leave one star - mark that for the cashier who tried then.
This DD has the worst service/effort/attention to detail. Cashiers specifically are often on their personal phone, & every order I make they get at least 1 thing wrong. I travel for work & so I visit every DD within a 15 mile radius…
The workers in this place is rude and don’t care. I seen one of them cough in her hand a fixed some ones coffee.they gave me hard donuts. And when I went to change they made me get back in line. Why I paid my money. This place is nasty.
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Slow workers, don’t know what they doin, wrong orders all the time. Ordered Uber eats and 30 min later they tell me they never received my order after I paid? Come on. A joke. Shut this place down. Garbage.
Decided to give it another try after a previous bad experience and chalked it up maybe someone having a bad day.The cashier and the baristas have been super nice and I really appreciate their hard work.
I wish I could give less than one star. I went into the store this afternoon and the guy at the coffee bar looked up at me and went back to doing what he was doing without speaking or acknowledging me. The young lady in the back asked him multiple times to assists me since she was preoccupied and each time he responded no. Mind you, they are yelling back and forth to each other and I’m standing in the middle, at the counter hearing everything. This is BY FAR, THEEEEE most unprofessional experience that I have every encountered. The staff here is the absolute worst.
Cant believe I wasted my money ordering door dash from you guys ...literally got a cup of oatmilk and if you look on the bottom a layer of brown sugar no espresso inside.this is supposed to be a brown sugar oatmillk latte.I know a latte usually has a good amount of milk but this is not right .I stirred it a bit to see if maybe thhere was espresso I wasnt seeing and literally nothing im so mad why did I spend 20 $ on doordash and cant even get a refund
I love my local DD and I really hope they don't shut it down. I only wish they stayed open longer and had more doughnuts late in the day.
Worse experience I’ve ever experienced. I placed a order last year they accepted my money & I never got my order. When I got there the doors was locked ‘ I was knocking and the employee looked at me & walked away somewhere to the back and never came back. I been calling for a refund ever since and never got an answer. I called corporate and they said the manger should be contacting me within 24 hours . Nobody never contacted me and I never received me refund and it’s a completely new year . I called corporate again this morning & they hung up in my face because they didnT like that I was upset because their company basically just took my money. Don’t recommend .
