When I walked in, the person behind the counter never even acknowledges I was there. He did the same thing to another customer after me. Then, as I was waiting by the mobile order pick up, he sees me there, doesn't ask if the order he's putting on the counter is mine. Then, he places it at the far end of the counter, making me have to overreach just to get my order. Horrible service. When I told him it was my order and he placed far from me, he just said "oh, my bad." And walked away. Customer service is truly dying.
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the whole city. Terrible customer service. Orders are always wrong. Today, they had no gloves to make food. Corporate needs to train this location better. It’s a disaster and the employees are incredibly rude.
Dunkin Donuts just lost a life long customer today, probably the worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. My mobile ordering was missing my iced coffee’s when I tried to communicate this I was laughed at for not speaking Spanish. Order was wrong then I was laughed at by the workers, I understand this is Miami but really.
It was nor as busy in the morning when i went but the staff looked asleep, messing up peoples ordes, people waiting, told the lady well done, and it wasn't, a total mess
The order was made as ordered and fresh. I placed order on mobile and was ready when I got there. Only drawback was no drive thru but I knew that before i ordered.
Personal to rude. No respect. Slow.
Convenient location with a parking lot but no drive through, sadly. Fast, friendly service and was in and out in under 5 minutes.

I don't know what the point of their app is. We order ahead of time and end up waiting 15 minutes on top of ordering to wait for ONE donut. Super disorganized. Then when you try to talk to the employee, all they say is to wait and continue to ignore you, but people who come in AFTER to order inside, get their order. It takes 2 seconds to ask what was ordered.
