Running out of supplies, cups, straws, food… workers stated their delivery truck was supposed to arrive earlier, but it’s delayed.employee ladies yelling order at the top of their lungs like yelling at cattle when store has less than 2 or 3 customers, & client is right in front patiently waiting…Cooks don’t wear hairnets..Subpar experience, AVOID if possible
This place is awful. I gave it one star but deserves a negative rating. It is super dirty. The employee at the Cashier is super rude and to top it off they do not even have what we wanted.
I don't understand they don't have a knife to cut a bagel in half for you I guess their employees are dangerous

Staff is rude. Asked for a iced matcha and sweet black pepper sandwhich with extra bacon. Got the extra bacon but not cooked. Also matcha tea was room temperature at best. So they made a new sandwhich… this time there are 3 separate hairs on ONE piece of bacon. Disgusting.
Staff was unfriendly, no customer service skills what would ever. The wait was ridiculous. 2 out of 4 employees did not have a mask on, one was eating while he was helping prepare food. The other one that was preparing orders kept clearing his throat while he was not wearing a mask. Management should really look in to putting structure and better service skills.
The lady almost hit me i thought it was my coffee and she said are you lulu ? Very rude with a bad attitude i said no well then thats not yours she said. never going there again. They should train her and tell her she can’t treat people like in her country.

Great place. Very nice employees. We got frozen coffee and hot midnight coffee to drink. We got doughnuts and a coffee cake muffin. Both drink's were spectacular (I'm kinda biased, i love Dunkin). The doughnuts were soft and moist. Now that coffee cake muffin is just like my mom's coffee cake! I will from here on out get the coffee cake muffin. I highly recommend this location. The inside was clean and everything was stocked. We will be returning when in the area again.
Worse behavior by a lady taking order’s in store while working on 12 June at 7 am , I specified the order of EGG and CHEESE croissant and to my utmost surprise they added BACON in it.It was just the moment before biting it I took a peek underneath and saw the bacon, this is so disgusting. The employees were blabbering so much that they don’t care what a customer is ordering.Truly they made the experience worse !!
