I stop here frequently in the morning before work. Usually has a few people in line but it moves fairly quickly. Today no one was in line when I arrived but servers were both standing there doing something. I wasn't spoke to for another few minutes after I started staring like is no one going to take my order. Cashier wasn't polite she wasn't rude just very bland. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon croissant, hash browns, glazed donut, and a orange juice. Hash browns were undercooked and sandwich was over cooked bread was too crispy and not croissant like. Looked in my donut bag once I got to work. I asked for a vanilla frosted donut and they gave me one with sprinkles. I hate sprinkles!
All I can say and this doesn't go for all Dunkin donuts if ya'all have problems at home. Do not I repeat Do not take on a work that you have to deal with customers stay in the back....bake some donuts or sumtin..... But I love the cold coffee beverages and the donuts when the workers dirty attitude don't rub off on them and they taste dry. They donuts are always fresh as far as I know.
I like the relative closeness of this location but clearly the management is in need of racial sensitivity training thats consistent with how to be genuine.. Thank goodness for technology ?
Didn't like the way the lady of the store treated me. She lookes like if she were constipated or something wrost. If I wanna buy a coffee I wanted to be given one the best way no like that. As a result, I decided to step out and won't return... Perhaps she could learn the basics from hospitality 101.
Won't be going there anymore roaches running around the coffee machine bring it to the attention of the young man working he just laughed n said donuts are out all day what u expect.
We love to see the hard working staff. They can use a bit more training, but the overall feeling was great and the food was as expected.
This dunkin' is relatively quick compared to other dunking. The problem is that they somehow always mess up an order by forgetting an item.

My order took forever to come out, which would have been fine since they were pretty busy, but when it was finally ready, it was wrong. I’d ordered a peppermint mocha signature latte - which I’m certain there’s an up charge for - and my coffee was a plain latte with no sweetener and cinnamon… not even close to my order and certainly would have been cheaper. I would’ve taken it back, but it was a to go order so I didn’t even realize the mistake until I got to my destination.
Great staff always friendly. Fast serviceand everything clean.
