I went because I earned rewards to get a free coffee. The cashier was unable to use my loyalty points and tried to figure it out but just stood there and didn’t say anything. She just said “so do you want it or not?” Since I drove all this way I just bought it. I waited for my iced coffee and then she said oh it’s there. I look and I see a hot coffee so I tell her I ordered iced not hot. She just shrugged and said that’s what you pointed at. I was so frustrated with the customer service I received but I was running late so I just took the coffee and left. I’m never coming to this location again. DON’T COME HERE! This was the worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited.
I was at this business today ...The service was terrible... The attendant did not speak English, however, did not seek the assistance from the other employees (Perhaps Manager/ Supervisor in the back). I ordered a Hummus and roasted tomatoe, along wit a cafecito to go... I was given a cafecito without any cups, when I requested cups, the attendant attendant handed me three big plastic cups. I then requested a bag, which she refused or did not understand... There were some bags on the counter, so I grabbed one, which was then jerked out of my hand... And she presented me with one paper bag... I ask for another one for my cafecito, which she just ignored me...The Manager/Supervisor then came out, I am not sure what was said in Spanish, but the lady came over and handed me a large plastic bag and started yelling at me about I had a bag already...
Got sick from contaminated food.I ordered some hash browns and a donut from this location around the time that they were cleaning. When I ate the hashbrowns, they tasted like pure bleach and made me sick! I was literally throwing up within an hour and had a burned esophagus. I think the staff here are using improper cleaning procedures, I would avoid at all costs.
Came from out of town and just wanted to swing by and grab something before i hit the road again. Before I decided to order something, I needed to use the bathroom real quick but noticed that the bathroom was locked. Staff told me that the bathroom was out of order. I asked if I could use one of the employee bathrooms since there were 2 there and small amount of staff. I was told no. I didn't understand why they couldn't accommodate and have one employee bathroom for customers until the custom bathrooms were fixed. After being told no, I simply said ok and walked out. Didn't feel like buying anything after that.

I never feel welcomed here. Ordered a dozen and realized I had made an error and wanted the 2 dozen special. Answer: I already charged you the first one so you’ll have to pay full price for the second one. Great customer service!!! We’re talking about $5 it’s not the money it’s principal.
Fastest service ever!I was afraid of Doral mornings at this joint, but my food was processed by the time I walked around the seating area to get to the straws. Yay! Expediency

I placed a mobile order at 7:12pm,this location closes at 8pm. I arrived at the store 7:20pm.. when I arrive all doors are locked but I can see two workers inside. I knocked a few times & then knocked even harder & got completely ignored, rude as hell. So, I told my boyfriend to get off the car & knock.. when he did, one of the young men working opened the door & told him “sorry we’re closed. Come back tomorrow & you can get the order free.” I ALREADY PAID THE ORDER ONLINE!!RUDE, HORRIBLE, LAZY
I order from here usually since I work close. The wait time is always long, but I don’t mind that as I know they are busy. However, Everytime i order either in person or door dash, my order is completely wrong. I order lattes and they give me a black iced coffee. I order wake up wraps, and they give it to you sloppy, the egg barely being on the wrap and over cooked. The service here is so bad they can’t even give you the right order.
